Great property

The resort itself is stunning. The rooms were bright, airy, modern and a good size. The gym was spacious and well equipped, and the spa very nice. I would recommend waiting a little longer to visit, however, as they don't quite have their act together with staff and service. Breakfast was super slow, and the couldn't decide what was or was not included in the buffet. There were a few design flaws in the property. Too many shallow and unlit steps, that could pose a hazard. There was no hot tub available, and the adult pool lacked a bar or bathroom close by. A highlight of our stay was the Chef's dinner in the kitchen. The food was fabulous - and it was fun and intimate!!

Great Vacation with one gripe

My wife and I loved our 5 night stay at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts. The food, beverage, staff, and pools were all top notch. We stayed 12/13-12/18/18 and the resort was empty, which made it even more relaxing to lay by the pool all day, take in the views, and soak up the sun. The GM handled an airport transportation mix up in a very professional manner upon arrival. The concierge staff was very helpful. Our room was a Nevis Peak Suite on the top floor with a plunge pool and deck that was amazing. Loved the breakfast buffet each morning included with our stay. Our only gripe was the landscaping, grounds, and beach were not maintained to a 5-star hotel standard. The beach was covered in seaweed every day we were there and the staff attempting to clean it up didn't have a clue what they were doing. The landscaping beds were filled with weeds, many plants and trees were overgrown, dead grass, etc. I'm not one to complain, but this lack of care at such a new property really stood out to us.

A great resort. I highly recommend it. Loved the staff. Great people. Food was awesome and so flavorful. Chefs also accommodated my vegetarian needs. The restaurant locations were awesome. Great views from the rooms. I was so sad to leave. The rooms were so clean, so modern. Room balconies were superb.
