The Staff was outstanding from check in to check out. The only complaint would be the noise from construction. We would definitely stay again! Loved the location.

St Regis, nice but some improvements warrented

This is a new Hotel under St Regis, but not a new hotel; it was previously a Trump product. Kevin the Bellman was amazing!!! He took our hand luggage and took us up to our rooms. He walked backwards facing us the entire time to the room speaking to the services available. He showed us around the room and explained the butler service. The butler service was awesome! Issues: the lobby bar had a limited selection of drinks and they also closed at 10pm. The main bar in the restaurant Louix Louis was out of all of beer at 10:15pm. Really??? They could also not accommodate us for dinner. Ok, we didn’t have a reservation. They sent us to the lobby bar, which was closed. Back to Louix Louis they found us a seat but no beer and only finger foods. The taps in the shower were loose and leaking, they sprayed cold water all over me outside of the shower, the room needed to be painted again. Stick with the Ritz Carlton, better hotel and value for $$ in Toronto.
