The Ritz was perfect from start to finish. The Club floor is always a special treat and this one was no exception. Fabulous people who made sure we had a perfect time. The beach is probably 4 times bigger than any other property on this side of the island. We never felt like we were on top of other guests. We can't wait to go back.

The ritz Carlton proved to be a very functional nice property with friendly staff and good facilities. The new BLT restaurant was good and the beach / pool area functioned very well for us.

Ritz-Carlton in Aruba was very nice. The facilities, room and most of the service staff were excellent. Restaurants were a bit pricy, but it's to be expected and there were plenty of local restaurant options in walking distance. The only complaint was that their concierge didn't follow thru on 2 separate requests. We weren't successful dialing out of the hotel from our room and asked the concierge if they could call to confirm our reservation at Carte Blanche. We made the reservation 3 months prior to our trip and it required a call within 24 hours of the dinner otherwise the reservation would be forfeit. After the concierge stated that they would call to confirm our reservation, I received an email the next day stating that they still hadn't received our phone confirmation. We had to work with the front desk immediately to patch our call thru to Carte Blanche. On a separate occasion, we asked for dinner reservations to Madame Janette. Again, there was no follow through.

Ritz made lots of CS errors. We had to ask multiple times for print outs of our restaurant reservations (3). There were some issues with the breakfast cappuccino maker so they told me to go upstairs to buy a coffee. Really? Two bedrooms at the Ritz and the machine is broken so I should go buy a coffee? One morning we didn't eat at the Ritz and I asked for a papercup to take a coffee out with me and they said they couldn't do it because I didn't have breakfast there. (Crazy as we paid for it!). My daughter lost an earring so we called to speak to housekeeping to see if they could help us look. We called THREE times before they sent someone up. The beach chairs. It is unbelievably hot and you need shade. Apparently, there was a storm and the other chairs were damaged so there wasn't enough shading! (Buy new chairs!). We paid for a bimini and twice it was sold to someone else - so it was unpleasant. Two days we sat next to a large group blasting their music, drinking andmaking noise
