Corinthia London

I had some last minute changes to my booking. The hotel accommodated me well. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.

From the doormen, to the front desk, the dining rooms, the spa, the concierge and servers, everyone was friendly, responsive and pleasant. The concierge desk was particularly helpful. We stayed 9 nights and received information from the concierge desk daily. When we arrived, we had a list of places we wanted to see and the days we had available. Zoo tan took the list and an hour later he had an itinerary in an envelope slipped under our door. It worked like a charm. There was one small problem and the front desk took care of it withou difficulty. One suggestion. We had breakfast at the buffet all nine mornings. A little variety would have been nice instead of the same offerings everyday The location was spectacular. We could walk to the eye, the theatres, Trifalgar Squarer, restaurants, parlement....

We were thrilled with the new Corinthia Hotel. Having been renovated into a high-end destination hotel in just the past 6 years, it is modern in every respect. Room sizes are ample with spacious bathrooms and beautiful appointments. At all times we experienced professional service and enjoyed fine dining in both of their restaurant options. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Fantastic. Gorgeous property with the finest service, beautiful accommodations, and great proximity to all parts of London. We were able to walk everywhere. Concierge was extremely helpful.

The hotel was amazing. It was by far one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in and we've been to multiple Four Seasons properties. The staff made sure we were well taken care of every second of our stay. We loved the spacious room. The breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed having tea in the lobby. If you are in London, definitely stay at the Corinthia. You won't regret it!

Great hotel and customer service

Our family of 3 generations recently stayed at the Corinthia Hotel in London. The location was excellent for short walks to sights, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. We found that the service was attentive throughout the hotel, but although the food was very good in the Northhall Restaurant, the service was disappointingly indifferent and lacking. It was a negative in an otherwise lovely stay.

We have stayed at the Corinthia Hotel for several years now. We had stayed at The Ritz, The Connaught, The Lanesborough, The Savoy, The Mandarin Oriental, and while all are lovely hotels, the Corinthia has won our hearts. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully appointed. The bathrooms are heavenly and huge and there is an abundance of closet space. We love the location because it is walking distance to the theatres and book shops and is also sort of tucked away so that you can have bustle or quiet any time you please. The staff is brilliant. So accommodating and so very eager to please; we requested a box of our daughter's favorite macaroons be purchased and put in our room before we arrived because we would not have had the time to pick them up before the store closed. That request was met with a "Certainly!" The afternoon tea is just superb, either in the elegant lobby restaurant or in your room for a really lux experience. The food is delicious. A Beautiful hotel in every way.

We loved everything about the Corinthia. It is centrally located & gorgeous. The staff was friendly & very attentive. The full English breakfast was delicious! I have nothing negative to say about this hotel & can’t wait to go back.

Superb hotel and where there were issues management dealt with them effectively and generously.

On par with the Hotel Bel Air and George V. The manager, Mark, treated us like royalty. Just exceptional.

The hotel was wonderful from the moment we checked in until we left. The room was very comfortable and had everything one could ask for. The restaurant had a fabulous breakfast buffet and the service staff were just marvelous. We had dinner in the restaurant and had one of the best meals we've ever had. The concierge was very helpful in giving advice about local sights and transportation. It's a great location for walking to shopping and other restaurants.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous fresh flowers everywhere! It was in a perfect location. High tea was outstanding!

Our favorite hotel in London! The location is superb. You can walk almost anywhere yet the hotel feels very private. The rooms are luxurious, the staff is beyond kind and helpful, the spa is the best in the city, and the onsite bars and restaurants are amazing.

Can’t beat the Corinthia London with all things considered for the discerning traveler.

By far the best hotel of our European stay. Helpful and warm staff. Amazing experience for our family. Lovely tea. We will be back!

We had a family of 6...the staff gave us connecting rooms (which doesn’t seem like a big deal but not all hotels can accommodate this request) and were AMAZING at helping direct us to great restaurants and activities. We loved the spa and pool space...also great work out facilities. (It would have been nice to know the pool hours for kids because some of our excursions overlapped). We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel, fabulous location. Beautifully appointed hotel with great on-site dining. Close to Buckingham Palace, the Tube, and Trafalgar Square. Convenient to the Eye, the Tate and the Tower of London.

Great hotel, great location, great staff !

Staying at the Corinthia London was all about a luxury experience in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything: Gardens, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abby, Parliament, the London Eye, Theater District, you don't need to ever take the tube. The rooms are lovely, well-appointed and spacious. The food is outstanding. Breakfasts are robust and varied. We ate dinner at Kettridges-wow. Thinking that the restaurant would have hotel guests, it was great to see that residents come for celebratory nights out. The food is exceptional. For a nightcap, make sure to go to the Velvet Bar, live music and inventive drinks, a 20's vibe with outstanding attention to detail. We received such a warm welcome upon check in, the concierge staff is great, you can ride bikes that they have at the hotel, and everyone is super helpful. We'd definitely stay again on our next trip!

The hotel was exceptional and centrally located for everything that we wanted to do during our short stay in London. All of the staff from the front desk to the concierge and bar staff very excellent and very friendly.

My family loved our stay at the Corinthia. The staff were wonderful, the food was excellent, the rooms perfect, and I can't say enough about the spa. 5 stars!!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Corinthia. We had a short stay initially and liked it so much we returned to the Corinthia four weeks later for a five night stay. Service is excellent, regardless of who is helping you. It is a beautiful property with excellent restaurants, a wonderful spa and fitness center, in an ideal location. We will return again.

From the moment we walked in The Corinthia team made us feel at home. With a personalized tour of the hotel, upgrades and special bedding for our little girl (cake, juice and a gift for her to boot!) they made the stay so very special. The amenities in the rooms as well as special family time at the spa was fantastic. Great location that is quiet too!

Stayed here in 2023. Came back in February 2024. It just keeps getting better. From the doorman, who greets you by name, to the staff member, waiting in the lobby to take you up to your suite and check you in. Service was just about perfect everywhere here.

The Hamilton Penthouse is amazing. The staff are incredible. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to stay in a perfect place.

The Corinthia was superb. It was lovely and comfortable. The service was impeccable, and the gym and spa facilities were top notch. The location was also convenient to many attractions.

Alexis suggested the Corinthia and said we would have a world class experience and she was 100% correct. The staff, property, restaurants, and location were second to none. It was our favorite hotel during our summer trip because it was home away from home. We’ll never forget it there.

Beautiful property

The Corinthia was a dream, from the minute we entered until we left. The best surprise of our trip was an upgrade to a stunning suite with incredible views from many windows! The service at the Corinthia was second to none-it will be hard to top this hotel anywhere else!

We loved the hotel and the staff. From check in to check out we found everyone to be so helpful and the facilities were incredible. We really enjoyed the spa and both my wife and I got massages. The suite we had was really nice, and I highly recommend the London Suite if your budget can stretch to it!

Outstanding facility and amenities with an exceptional customer centric staff! We’ll be back.

Corinthia is our favorite hotel in London but it is often booked full. Laura not only got 2 rooms for our party but also got us upgraded. She also got us a restaurant reservation in the Corinthia for a large party but also recommended several great restaurants that where we enjoyed great meals.
