The tour guide was wonderful and very well educated in the rich history of Israel. The transportation was comfortable and clean and most important we felt safe in his hands. It was wonderful to have a customized tour for just our family. It avoided the crowded feeling and long lines of a large tour bus. It was simply lovely!

Oren Sollel is a great guide, and we recommend him highly. He arranged a tour of Caesarea, Haifa, and Acre, was very knowledgeable, made sure we saw as much as possible, but also the most significant sights. It was a pleasure to talk with Oren about many historic and contemporary issues affecting Israel, plus he organized a delightful lunch for us. Without this tour we would have missed a lot about Israel.

From our first meeting a year prior to our trip with Michael Caspi to our last day in Jerusalem, Mabat handled every detail of our multigeneration family (16 of us) 10 day journey to Israel. So many personal moments including—planting trees, making hummus, joining an archeological dig, visiting a secret hidden bullet factory, mud bathing in the Dead Sea, Jeep riding through the Golan Heights, lunch in a kibbutz, a huge family Shabbat dinner, meeting IDF soldiers, a b’nai mitzvot on Mt. Scopus overlooking Jerusalem, camel riding, climbing Masada, visiting important Christian sites, paying tribute at Yad Vashem, the moving and inspirational visit to the Kotel—and most important letting us see Israel through the eyes of an amazing, knowledgeable, flexible, serious, silly, professional guide, Eilam Ben-Dov and our personable, warm and wise driver, Mayer, driving our personal and private comfortable bus. Mabat is THE tour operator in Israel. Todah!

Mabat planned a wonderful trip for us. They listened carefully to what we wanted to see and do on our trip and planned accordingly. We had a wonderful guide in Israel, and the Jordan guide was also terrific. The special experiences Mabat planned for us ( Golan Heights Jeep tour, Arabic food tour of the Old City in Jerusalem, and meeting with an Israeli-Arab journalist were highlights of our trip. During the trip Mabat touched base with us several times to ensure we were happy with our guide and our trip. On Friday they sent us flowers at our hotel in Jerusalem to welcome Shabbat. I would definitely use their services again.

Our tour guide his name was Sid. He was great, very kind well knowledgeable with a wealth of information. He made this journey worth it all . Providing great support and care the cleanliness of the tour bus was great. The attractions of the tour was such a great experience. Something to remember for a lifetime.

Syd treated each one person in our group like we were so special. He is extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel like family. It’s obvious that he loves what he does. I can’t say enough good things about Syd.

We used Mabat to arrange pick up/ drop off to the airport. The best service of all is and always will be the VIP service through the airport. One piece of advice, allow 3 hours at a minimum to get through the airport. Especially if you want to claim VAT tax refunds and shop duty free.

Mabat was easy to work with, crestive, responsive and very available during our tour. The guide they provided, Eyal Machal, was platinum, and their in-house travel advisors were excellent.

Whole trip was terrific. We especially loved our guide Eyal Machal who helped 6 intrepid ( but less than agile travelers) see as much of Israel as possible. He gave us a great adventure.

Everyone loved every aspect of the tour. Every detail about our trip was amazing from the well-planned itinerary, to the 5 star hotels, to the delicious restaurants, to the smooth transfer coordination, and last but not least, to the really superb and knowledgeable tour guides. Yuval was extremely professional during our tours. He was knowledgeable regarding the historical aspects of sites and areas we traveled too. He provided many interesting perspectives regarding the culture of the state of Israel. Was always punctual and easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone traveling to Israel.

Their choices of both Hotels and guide were great and the details were all figured out and went seem less. From the airport to the hotel and especially with guide who was both extremely knowledgeable and just a wonderful person I had a great experience. I would use them again and plan to in the future.

Everything about working with Mabat Platinum was perfection. Getting through the airport both coming in and leaving Israel was unimaginably easy - we still can’t believe it. On a scale of 1-10, our tour guide was an 11+. His magical words of “I have a detour” added so much to our trip as he knew the things we loved and went the extra mile (literally) to get us there. Our guide Yuval was hands down the most knowledgeable guide we’ve ever had. Our three days in Israel with him helped us make memories for a lifetime. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he wanted to be sure we saw all of his beloved country. Less than 24 hours after he dropped us back at the ship, the world was shocked by the events in southern Israel. We knew we wanted to keep in touch with Yuval; now it’s to make sure he’s safe…
