We loved it! It’s a beautiful facility on a lovely beach and our accommodation was perfect for a family of four. Food was good and reasonably priced but service in restaurants was inconsistent. Nevertheless we loved it and would return

Lovely, very quiet resort. Spacious suites. Small but pretty beach. The PGA rated golf course nearby was challenging. Downside, besides golf and bike rides there wasn’t more to do at resort. Would have liked to snorkel, paddleboard, etc but water was rough and it wasn’t offered. But I did relax and read 3 books! 3 restaurants on site made it easy to just walk.

World class service. Concierge and Front of hotel manager were both top notch and attended to all requests. Resort had terrific food, service, and facilities.

Eden Roc Cap Cana is a gorgeous smaller property in Dominican Republic. It had great service at all 3 restaurants, bars, beach, and concierge. The menus are eclectic and very good. The beach view rooms are the best. The water is gorgeous and the views are good. It is a quiet place because it is small so if you want total relaxation it is there. However, if you take friends there are fun cabanas and available space at restaurants. We will return.

Outstanding. Loved our ocean front bungalow location within a few feet of the water. Service and food was superb. Three fine restaurants from which to choose.

Eden Roc feels like a hidden gem for families seeking a luxury beach resort. The resort is elegant but relaxed. Children are welcome, but because it’s a small resort it never feels overrun with kids. There are two kids clubs, which again were never overcrowded. We ate at all 3 on site dining options and were never disappointed. We stayed at both the villa section and in the beach club. Both were excellent but have totally different vibes. The villas are more secluded and you have to take a golf cart which is provided to get down to the beach. There is a restaurant and bar and a kids club in the Villa section. The beach club has more of a resort feel being right on the beach. There are four bars and two restaurants and another kid’s club. Our concierge, Orlando took care of all of our requests quickly. The staff are friendly and attentive. The beach is secluded so only hotel guests use it. There was just so much space there. I felt like we were on a private island.

Eden Roc was beautiful. Rooms spacious, luxurious and clean, concierge was fabulous - so very attentive and provided an abundance of information. Intimate setting, great service.

This resort was great - close to the airport, beautiful grounds, amazing golf course, and a nice variety of restaurants! Seemed family-friendly as well, even though we were there for a group couples trip.

This was a beautiful hotel and what really made the experience unforgettable was the service your rooms include private Butler service who are there for you for any of your needs. They go above and beyond. It was also a very family friendly place with lots of toys and attention placed on ensuring little ones were comfortable And had fun. I would only flag that the Baby VIP service was very helpful but had some issues. For example, the baby bath that they provided was covered in mold. We also struggled with food, allergies and some unclear communications. That said I would highly recommend this resort for families with little children. I also appreciated how the hotel had a health focus with lots of healthy food options like sushi and smoothies.

Eden Roc Cap Cana is a beautiful resort with an amazing beach. Our bungalow was beautiful. Nice place to relax for 6 days. However the service was not that great. We would wait most days over an hour for food or drinks on the beach and sometimes our order was lost completely. When we sat down for dinner at 7:30, food would not be served until about 9pm. My son went to the kids club one day and when we went to get him he was not there. When we asked the people working there they had no idea who I was even talking about. If you were by the pool there was no service at all. However, if you don’t care about the service aspect the rest is amazing. Beautiful and clean and the food was great once you got it.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Eden roc. The food was great and the staff was friendly. Our concierge was very helpful and overall we had a relaxing and fun time as a family with two young children

Eden Roc had the most breathtaking views. Our private home and pool and use of our personal golf cart was icing on the cake. Blue was a wonderful restaurant and the staff was great. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. We always had access to chairs at both the communal pool and on the beach. The spa was excellent! At times the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, but we were able to navigate through it.

We stayed at the Founder’s Villa. It surpassed all our expectations! The decor is lovely and all the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Most of the rooms look out on a beautiful infinity pool and the golf course. The beach and club house are just a short ride away in the golf carts provided by the Villa. The staff is outstanding! They were so friendly, polite, professional and accommodating to our every request. The chef in particular prepared special foods for those with dietary restrictions. All the meals were delicious! It was a truly memorably vacation.

The resort was lovely. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous beach, fantastic golf course. The only issue we had was some inconsistency in the food quality. Mediterraneo was amazing.
