Blue Parallel was amazing! Our guides were outstanding and provided us with excellent service. Every detail was considered and thought of for us. We adored every minute of our trip.

Our recent trip to Argentina, planned by Susan Shiffman, was nothing short of exceptional. Susan handled every detail beautifully, creating a seamless and memorable experience for our family from start to finish. In Buenos Aires, the Park Hyatt was the perfect property for our mini family reunion. It had everything we could have hoped for—a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and excellent food. The location couldn’t have been better, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with nearby parks, shops, and cafés. We truly felt immersed in the best of Buenos Aires. In Bariloche, Susan’s choice of guide was inspired. Lilo was an incredible find—deeply knowledgeable, professional, and safety-minded. On top of that, he shared our love for Band of Brothers and adventure reading, and we hit it off immediately. His enthusiasm and expertise made every day an adventure to remember, and we would recommend him without hesitation. We would strongly recommend Lilo and Blue Parallel!

Blue Parallel is a company that has excellent contacts all over the world. They pick nothing but the best of what the world has to offer. All our hotels were the best we have ever stay in. Every restaurant they suggested was a unique dining experience. The guides they provided us with all spoke perfect English and were overly attentive to our needs. I have a bad back and my walking is limited. Blue Parallel was able to get me to most of the places on our itinerary. They provided me with a walker and even an electric scooter to help me get around. Nothing was left undone on our trip. We were met by Blue Parallel people everywhere we went. Airports were easy. Taxis were always there on time. All luggage was handled by Blue Parallel. We were very pleased with everything about our trip. We had a little hiccup toward the end of our trip due to bad weather. Blue Parallel was right there to change our itinerary and give us the best changes possible.
