The tour group offered helpful advice about Mongolia and organized a VIP immigration service on arrival in Ulaanbaatar. The guide was experienced and very friendly and worked hard to get me to see all the sights I wanted to see (quite a feat as I tend to want to see everything).

Wonderful Tour

I couldn't have been happier with my trip to Mongolia. Nomadic Expeditions took great care of us from being met at the airport in Ulaanbaatar by our guide until she left us there 15 days later at the end of an exciting trip. The tour was extremely well organized. Our guide, Daava, was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and always put in extra effort to make sure our needs were met. The lodging was great. The city hotel was comfortable and in good central location. The Nomadic Expeditions wilderness camps were one of the highlights of the trip. The staff was welcoming, the food excellent, and the facilities comfortable. The setting of the camps are spectacular. Three Camel Lodge was the luxurious resort in the desert that we imagined. The tour activities were well organized and interesting. It was a great combination of cultural visits and physical activities.

The owner of Nomadic is a wonderful person and I was most impressed with how much he has done for the local community - the building of the 3 camel lodge, the fixing of the well for the local herdsmen, the use of local entertainment groups. The trip to see 3 parts of the country was a very good experience.

    Our Commitment

Our purpose: Enriching Lives. Protecting Places.

Through sustainable tourism, we aim to enrich the lives of not only our travelers but also the lives of local community members where we operate and of the people we employ. Mongolia is undeniably one of the most unique and rewarding travel destinations on earth. Whether exploring the fossil-rich Flaming Cliffs of the Gobi Desert during your stay at Three Camel Lodge, experiencing nomadic culture firsthand at a traditional Naadam festival, or witnessing the centuries-old practice of Kazakh falconry on full display at the annual Golden Eagle Festival, your journey here will not leave you unchanged. Likewise, from the very beginning our mission has been to create meaningful travel experiences that enrich the lives of our guests while also bringing tangible benefits to the places and people we visit. As sustainable tourism pioneers in Mongolia, we ensure that all our trips respect the environment and preserve the country’s priceless natural and cultural heritage while supporting local communities through a high-value, low-volume tourism model.
