Awesome to work with

Sadly, I didn't get to go so....I cannot really answer this question. However, I plan to re-book the trip I had to cancel last minute as well as plan future trips through this group. I will gladly write future reviews.

Travel Impressions was very instrumental in our situation...while on vacation to the Silos in Waco, a snow storm was developing back home and had to return home a day early..everything was handled by phone..very efficiently handled our early return...thank you.

Very Good. We had a great holiday

We were very pleased with Travel Impressions. Though I didn't fully appreciate them at the time of booking, I found out during the vacation that they were very good. We were very glad that they were our Tour Operator. We really liked Angel - he was very personable, knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed.

Everything went smoothly. We had no complaints.

Rose was extremely helpful in helping us plan a couple of adventures while on the trip.

We were a rather large family group...all ages...who had a wonderful experience --from start to finish to Ek Balam. Our tour guide was fantastic!

Travel Impressions offered a great package to us for our vacation

Our trip went very smoothly. Someone from Travel impressions was always there to provide assistance and information. Everyone was polite and courteous. We would happily use them again

I travel a great deal for business so when I travel for pleasure (especially with my son and his friends) I want things to be easy and smooth. That is exactly what i received. Everything was exactly as promised and coordinated beautifully. Gate updates on my phone, transport set-up, notifications about trip, etc. Communication is huge and they did a nice job.

Very very very good

The company is somehow involved with others that are overbooking hotel rooms. 3 of the last 4 years we have been shipped off to 2 or 3 star hotels when we were scheduled for 5 star hotels for a day or 2. At $5000. plus, you should expect better. We will be looking elsewhere. This is just shameful, as those behind the scenes are well aware this is happening.

My involvement has been limited but they are very efficient with communications and documents.

Travel Impressions ... great experience !!

We had to wait well over an hour for our ride from the airport to our resort. Not because we were waiting for others on the same bus but because they did not even have anything there waiting for us at all. After many calls and "be right back to get you" and lots of wasted time sitting at an airport, we finally got a ride to the resort.

This was our 10th trip to Iberostar Bavaro in the last 10th years and Travel Impressions has been our tour operator for several years in a row. We have never experienced any problems with air arrangements, transfers to and from the resort, and room arrangements. We look forward to using them again for trip #11 to Iberostar Bavaro.

Excellent company

Excellent to work with.

Documentation and details of trip were fine.

The only issues we encountered were checking into our Hotel, the name,phone number,etc.were listed under the travel agency and not our names...which was a bit confusing, but the Hotel changed all of that once we arrived and said it was "common" for rooms to be booked under the Travel Agency name and phone number. Other than that, our plans were perfect! Thank you!

Trip was as advertised. All our needs were taken care of between booking, traveling, transfers, airport club, resort and everything in between. Great trip!

We have booked a number of trips through travel impressions. They always have excellent properties to choose from. Their prices are very competitive and they offer excellent quick service with any of our travel requests. Booking with them has been worry free.

Very through and detailed

From the pickup at the airport to the return trip back, everything went very smoothly. The representatives that assisted us with excursions were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend Travel Impressions to anyone!

No idea who/what Travel impressions is. its not the company our travel agent works for and its not the place we stayed...i dont think it was the people on-site who we booked excursions thru but if it was I don't recall that name. Question- So how many different names are we supposed to know? why would I know this one?

It was a great trip

Everything went well except for a few hiccups. Those hiccups were not necessarily the fault of the travel agency, but the vendor, and were handled promptly at the time.

Everything was great and went smoothly

Travel Impressions made sure we had what we needed during our trip. This all started with very thorough travel documents to give us the overview of what is coming up step by step. The only thing that was a disappointment was seeing that they didn't list the correct order of the flight numbers on our documents, but this was corrected by our agent Kathy. When we arrived at every airport we were warmly greeted and shown to our transport. The rides were comfortable and easy. Our hotel to airport transports went well but the confirmation calls and call backs never matched times. We'd get a time in the voicemail at the hotel and a completely different time when we'd call back to confirm our pickup. Other than that everything went smoothly. Travel Impressions was also very responsive to an issue we had at check-in at our last hotel. With them calling and working with hotel management, we had our issue resolved quickly and efficiently. All in all, their portion of the trip went well.

One of my biggest worries is that things happen as planned, and with Travel Impressions they do. I've used them for multiple vacations, and I can't think of any unwanted surprises or disappointments. They have been a class act, and coupled with an excellent travel professional like Suzanne Mahar, you're gonna win.

Travel Impressions was well represented by Kathy Sharpe. The greeters were ready and waiting for us at our arrival in Hawaii and available to confirm travel back to airport after hours.

The hotel and car rental arrangements were very good. We had some delayed and cancelled flights due to maintenance and weather issues - not the fault of the tour operator or travel agent. We would use Travel Impressions again.

Everything went as planned, we had no issues getting from the airport to the hotel and back again, very good.

What a wonderful time we had! Everything was just fantastic, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everyone we came into contact with was so warm and welcoming, had a genuine love for their land and culture, and an excitement to introduce it to us. It was an incredible trip!

The trip went well with only a few hiccups. A couple of the buses were late to pick us up, but it was during busy traffic times.

We have traveled twice in the past year or so with Tavel Impressions. The employees are always easily identified, friendly, happy, polite, and willing to help with anything you may need. The transportation drivers have all been good as well.
