We enjoyed the maiden voyage of the NG Venture! The specialists on board, the excursions, the food, the staff, and the Global Gallery choices were all excellent! Drinks and gratuities should be included in the price. The latter to make sure staff are compensated. Laundry service should be available. After complaining to the Sven's assistant, ours was done, without ironing, which was OK! We noticed the cabin across the hall had a HUGE bag of laundry out?! so.... Our cabin 106 was small but OK. The sofa bed was totally uncomfortable to sit on and use as a sofa as it was too big to use as sitting sofa. There should be 2 chairs in the cabin, we borrowed one from and empty cabin. There should also be a small coffee table, like in the photo we received. 3 large adults should NOT be allowed in one small cabin. We know they are trying to have full ship, but his is not the way to do it. Across the hall were three HUGE adults in one cabin, rather disgusting! Do it right...

The trip was fantastic. Everyone is our group had a great time. The staff had everything so well coordinated. The guests didn’t have to think too much about what to do, someone was always there to help. We had a few bumps, like the Captain missing his flight and not being there on time to set sail. We finally set sail about 5 hours late, which caused us to have to be at sea the entire next morning so we lost a half day of activities and a lot of people got sea sick. Even though all that happened the staff didn’t let it show and kept us busy with lectures in the lounge. The new ship is beautiful.
