  • Deposit-Guest Rooms & Suites: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. At the time of booking, a two-night deposit will be debited from the booking credit card. 

  • Cancellation-Guest Room & Suites: Received 21 days prior to expected arrival date, or the Resort will retain the deposit. The same penalty applies to no-shows. 

  • Cancellation- Specialty Suite bookings (Palawai, Makai, Manele, Kapiha’a, Hulopo’e Ali’i Suite): Received 30 days prior, or the Resort will retain the deposit. The same penalty applies to no-shows.

  • From Jan 13, 2025 through Aug 31, 2025, Enhancement Project at our porte cochère and Osteria Mozza Residency. We do expect noise disruption between 1/13/25 and 4/30/25 during daytime. The property will be opening Malibu Farm for dinner. We will strive to keep any guest disruption to a minimum.

Lanai Air services Honolulu International Airport inbound flights arrivals between the hours of 6am-6pm daily, based upon availability. Flight arrivals outside of these hours will require alternate accommodations or arrangements and will be the responsibility of the guest.
