CANCELLATION & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Cancellation of services should only be made by written notification and if the notice is received by BOUTIQUE JTB, following cancellation charge will break out:
- 8 days or more days prior to check-in date - No charge
- 7 to 3 days prior to check-in date - 30% of the total room rate for the whole nights
- 2 to 1 day prior to check-in date - 50% of the total room rate for the whole nights
- On or after check-in date - 100% of the total room rate for the whole nights
Land Services (private car, guide, and etc.)
- 15 days or more days prior to tour date - No charge
- 14 to 8 days prior to tour date - 20% of the fare
- 7 to 3 days prior to tour date - 30% of the fare
- 2 to 1 day prior to tour date - 50% of the fare
- On or after check-in date - 100% of the fare
* BOUTIQUE JTB shall notify if the special cancellation policy other than above to be applied.
- 8 days or more days prior to boarding date - 10% of the fare
- 7 to 3 business days prior to boarding date - 30% of the fare
- 2 business days prior, on the date, or no show - 100% of the fare
*Once the issued ticket is delivered to the client, refund/change shall not be accepted by BOUTIQUE JTB.
- Once BOUTIQUE JTB receives authorization to confirm all services, handling charge is not refundable.
- Full payment shall reach BOUTIQUE JTB 30 days prior to its service starts.
- Payment either by bank transfer or reliable credit card is acceptable.
