It was out first time staying at this hotel. The Fairmont was perfectly located, extremely nice, and had amazing views and service. The concierge and staff were phenomenal -- from restaurant and activity recommendations to finding a doctors office open on Sunday late afternoon and convincing them to stay open for my wife and daughter. They were phenomenal. The only downside to the property was no pool, but we were busy enough that it did not matter. I would highly recommend this hotel.

SF Fairmont Stay

This is a beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff. Our room was exquisite! The views of Alcatraz and Coit Tower were stunning and right out of SF Fairmont window. We ate at the Laura Court Restaurant for breakfast - both the food and the staff were amazing. The Tonga room was the most special dinner of our trip. Our waiter, David, was so in tune with our kids. He was so accommodating, friendly, and fun. The atmosphere in the Tonga room made it all the more memorable. From the friendly service to the perfect accommodations and location, the SF Fairmont will definitely be where we stay when visiting San Francisco again.
