RATES, TAXES & FEES

Nightly rates are calculated in U.S. dollars and are subject to an additional hotel occupancy tax, and tourism guest fee totaling 11.75% per night, plus a nightly Tucker's Point Club fee of 12% per night.
Additional nightly charge for 3rd person 12+ years in same accommodation is $95++. Additional nightly charge for 3rd person 5-11 years in same accommodation is $50++. F&B charges are subject to 17% service charge.

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS

A three-night deposit plus tax, and tucker's point club fee is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations.
For reservations with travel dates through to April 30, 2023, and from September 5 to December 31, 2023, guests may cancel without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival date by 4 p.m. Bermuda local time. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the guest forfeits the three-night deposit inclusive of taxes and fees.
For reservations with travel dates from May 1 to September 4, 2023, guests may cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival date by 4 p.m. Bermuda local time. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the guest forfeits the three-night deposit inclusive of taxes and fees.
Special minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policies may apply.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to assist in case of unforeseen cancellations. Rosewood Bermuda cannot be made responsible for cancellations due to family emergencies, health related issues, airline schedule changes or weather conditions.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Flights are available directly to Bermuda from a number of gateway US cities on the east coast. Rosewood Bermuda is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the island's airport. A valid passport is required for travel to Bermuda. Private pre-arranged airport transfers are available at an additional cost. Guests may check in after 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures. Late check-out requests may be subject to 50% of the daily room rate.Travel advisors may please inquire directly with the property.
