These terms and conditions are applicable to all guests booking directly with Emirates Hotels (Australia) Pty Ltd ACN 113 608 414 T/A Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley •All bookings are subject to availability, and resort shall be entitled to refuse any booking on reasonable grounds. •Charges will be at the quoted rates, and may exclude taxes, service charges and items of a like nature where specified. Refer to following payment and cancellation policy:
2021 YEAR
Travel 07 January 2021 to 30 September 2021
- One-night deposit is required at time of booking
- Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges
- Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours and will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Travel from 01 October 2021 to 21 December 2021
- One-night deposit is required at time of booking
- Full payment is required no later than 21 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation 21 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges
- Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours and will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Travel 22 December 2021 to 06 January 2022 - Festive season
- 50% deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking
- Full payment is required no later than 90 days prior to arrival
- 90 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total room charges
- Reservations made within 90 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours and will incur a 100% cancellation
•All outstanding charges are to be paid upon check-out. •Check in time is from 1500 hours •Check out time is 1100 hours, later check out may result in an additional night being charged. •All indoor areas of Wolgan Valley are strictly non smoking. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas of the villas and the resort. •Pets may not be brought onto the premises with the exception of guide dogs. •Guests shall comply with all rules, regulations and instructions at Wolgan Valley, including but not limited to security procedures, health & safety procedures and registration requirements.
