Full American Meal Plan for two guests is included in rates.
Rate includes dinner on the day of arrival through lunch/brunch the day of departure in one of our restaurants during traditional dining hours (7:30-10:30am, Noon-2:30pm and 6:00-10:00pm), along with all pantry snacks, pantry non-alcoholic beverages and non-guided activities. Supplementary charges will apply for Wellhouse snacks and beverages, guided activities, alcohol, gift shop items, and additional food and beverage experiences either via room service, private chef experience, dining afield or in our restaurants during non-traditional dining times.
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee. Within 29 to 15 days prior to your arrival, we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates within six months of your original arrival date, based on availability. If your reservation is cancelled inside 15 days of arrival, 50% of your original deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of your deposit may be moved to a new reservation date that must fall within six months of your original arrival date. If you are unable to reschedule your arrival date within the allotted time, it will result in the entire forfeiture of your deposit. You are always welcome to send someone in your place.
