Terms and Conditions:
1. Offer is valid for new bookings, subject to availability, and not combinable with any other offers and, consortia benefits unless specified.
2. This offer is standalone, and rates are quoted on single or double occupancy per room. This exclusive does not apply to groups of 5 or more rooms, negotiated or reduced rates.
3. Breakfast does not include other beverages than coffee/tea and juice.
4. Ala carte dinner is for 4 nights good for up to 2 persons and consists of 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert per person – exclusive of beverages and, are not applicable for private BBQ, dining destinations (special events) or premium items in the ala carte menu. Corresponding surcharge shall apply should guests like to avail any of the special dinners/premium items.
5. Spa/wellness inclusions is for 1 person. A surcharge of USD 460 shall apply should additional person in the room avail of the same spa inclusions.
6. Appointments must be pre-booked in advance and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offers. All inclusions must be used at the time of visit.
7. Non-Transferrable - Treatments alteration and upgrade may incur additional charges. 4 hours cancellation policy applies.
8. Surcharge will be applied for in Casita / Villa Treatments.
9. Minibar includes non-alcoholic beverages only, replenished once per day.
10. Service fee will be applied for meals taken via private dining.
11. Guest staying in a villa can take their meals at their villa to be handled by the private villa Chef. Service fee shall be applied for any private dining order from the outlets.
12. Extension night is based on BAR inclusive of breakfast only for 2 persons per room. Should guest require dinner to be added, surcharge of USD 90+ per person, per night shall apply.
13. Room maximum capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 11 years & below) OR 3 adults.
14. Cancellations and payments as per hotel standard terms.
15. Rates are subject to 10% service charge for foreign nationals. For Philippine residents and nationals, rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government tax.
