    Recommended - A perfect hotel and a perfect location. Unbelievable service exceeded all expectations. Great food and the concierge was amazing and was able to find us last minute tickets to a show . Always there to help and answer questions. They made us feel very comfortable. Luxury service with down to earth people . Great combination .

    Recommended - Beautiful hotel and guests are given gold star treatment with guaranteed spots at any of the popular bars and restaurants at the hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable and while this may sound strange to note, the Japanese Toto toilet in the bathroom was awesome. We had a great stay and we love the Mayfair location as well.
