We love Pelican Hill. It's a great location. The views our breath taking and you can not get accommodations like this anywhere else. It's such an amazing property. We love going there with our family. We have become spoiled by the resort and only want to vacation there when we go to the West Coast. My only hope is that someday they will get an on site tennis program. Although, there are good tennis options nearby.

We stayed at the Resort at Pelican Hill over valentine's weekend in a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with an ocean view. The villa was amazing with all the necessary amenities plus some complimentary starter groceries. This was a nice touch so we didn't have to immediately run out to the store. The view was fantastic. We ordered breakfast in the room everyday and it was always delicious, hot, and on-time. The food at Pelican Hill really impressed us, especially The Pelican Grill. But what really sets this property apart from other places we have stayed is the service! We never wanted for anything while we were there but we never felt hovered over either. It was the perfect balance of relaxed and attentive. The kids enjoyed Camp Pelican very much and both the Coliseum pool and the pool at the villas are beautiful and fun. The spa is great, too. We will definitely return to the Resort at Pelican Hill.

This is our second trip to Pelican Hill. The resort is stunning. The Villas provide a "home away from home" with full kitchens and well appointed accomodations. The Villas have their own pool and country club, which even in the busy summer months does not feel over crowded. Staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed the food at the resort and room service does a very good job of getting food to the room even though the resort is very spread out and large. It is a special treat to walk around the resort. It is set on a golf course. The grounds are absolutely spectacular. The resort itself is well situated with great restaurants and lots to do in the surrounding area. All around, it is a very special Resort and makes for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great time. The resort property is beautiful. The staff were warm and friendly. We loved the convenient location, close to the airport, lots of options for groceries and sundries, also lots of shopping and good restaurants nearby. The villas accommodations fit our family’s needs well but the furnishings looked a bit tired. My 5 year old twins absolutely loved the kids club and begged to go everyday! The various restaurants on property all had great food however the service across the board(in restaurants and at pool) was very slow. Many members of our group visited the spa and we all enjoyed our experiences. Overall I would recommend Pelican Hill and hope that they improve on the areas I mentioned above.

It’s a beautiful resort. The restaurants were very good. Nice service. Fun for all ages. Lovely rooms and appointments. Nice golf course. We enjoyed every part of our stay. Disappointed at the low availability of spa appointments so never were able to enjoy that aspect. The hospitality person from the resort made a couple of mistakes as to who was celebrating the birthday and also left a note welcoming a Mr. and Mrs. Cambridge. That was not our name. Very confusing.
