    Minimum Stay Requirements:

    Based on the resort package selected, a minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information. Christmas/New Year Festive season bookings require a five to seven-night minimum stay. Other major holidays may require a four-night minimum stay.

    Pet Policy:

    Pets must be on a leash at all times while on property and they are not permitted in the restaurant or pool areas. A $60 pet fee plus 29% tax is non-refundable. Guest must sign the pet liability and policy waiver prior to arrival.

    Attire:

    Las Ventanas is renowned for its Los Cabos lifestyle and ambience. The suggested dress code for men during the daytime is resort casual. In the evenings, a suggested dress code for gentlemen is resort wear, sandals and/or sneakers. Jackets are not required due to our tropical climate. Please, no sleeveless t-shirts during dinner. Ladies will feel most comfortable in casual resort attire for daytime and upscale resort attire for evenings.

    Airport Transfers:

    Due to very specific regulations by the Public Transport Board in Baja California Sur, the resort is only permitted to provide airport-resort-airport private transfers, which must be booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Our private airport ground transfer service is available for $180 USD one-way between the resort and SJD airport for a Mercedes G-Class 500 which accommodates up to 4 guests, We can also provide baby booster seats upon request for no additional charge when booking your Las Ventanas' private ground transfers.

    A GMC Suburban SUV can also be provided for up to 6 total guests with luggage and a Mercedes Sprinter Van can accommodate up to 9 total guests with luggage.
