First rate Service, First rate people!

After our week at the Four Seasons resort at Jackson Hole, we are ready to book another trip. The service was top notch, what one would expect from a Four Seasons entity, but the people working at the Resort were also superb at making us feel welcome, comfortable, and everyone was offering help at every turn. Our room was fantastic, with beautiful mountain views, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed having the fireplace to warm things up in the cold evenings. One recommendation I would make is regarding the chairs in the room. We did spend most of our evenings in the room watching television and the chairs were far too deep for an average person. The depth was better suited for someone at least 6 feet tall, so we had to put pillows from the bed behind our backs in order to spend much time in the chairs. The other recommendation involves the lighting in the bathrooms--not very good for those of us with older eyes. In any case, we will be coming back! Simply the best!

First, Bettie has been our travel agent for over ten (10) years and we have never been disappointed. Her knowledge of our destination, professional handling of all reservations and pleasant results are always very gratifying. The Four Seasons Resort - Jackson Hole was fantastic. My wife and I had our own room and our son and his family had their own room. We actually stayed at the Four Seasons Resort-Jackson Hole twice on this trip. On our way to Yellowstone National Park, we stayed one night. Upon our arrival, we were graciously met when we drove up, the luggage was quickly unloaded, we were quickly escorted to the front desk, the Manager (Michael Mestraud) was very pleasant, and best of all, we were advised that our rooms had been upgraded. Upon arrival to our upgraded rooms, we were pleasantly surprised at the size, cleanness and the view - to mention a few of the amenities. A coupled of month’s prior to the trip, we reserved a table for our first night dining in the main di

Great ski-in, ski-out accommodations

The room was very comfortable and spacious...set up very well for skiers. We got some quality sleep and peace and quiet, which we treasure. The ski concierge was awesome - a very nice service. The restaurants were beautiful and the service was friendly, but with just about every meal, there was a little problem: not what we ordered, desert under cooked, etc., (not a huge problem for us...we like to be flexible).

Exploring and Enjoying Our National Treasures

Incredible! The hotel was amazing, the room was above and beyond our expectations- loved the fireplace and the view. The staff provided 4 star customer service at all levels. But the best part was the safari tours to explore Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Our guide Eric was the best and we were overwhelmed at the beauty we encountered in both parks. The Four Seasons went over the top with their packed picnic lunch for the Yellowstone tour (including a checkered table cloth, china and amazing food). But I think that's indicative of the excellent service you get at a Four Seasons hotel. Impressive!
