The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago has 205 guestrooms including 49 Club level rooms and 3 Club Suites, 15 Executive Suites, and a Ritz-Carlton Presidential Suite located on the 14th floor. Rooms and suites are distributed among 14 floors crowned by a glass dome housing an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. All rooms feature a delicate and warm combination of earth tones and golds in a classic décor. The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago has remained open during this whole Covid-19 situation and we take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to protect the safety of our guests and associates. This includes everything from handwashing hygiene, to cleaning product specifications for guest rooms and common area cleaning procedures.

Available Services

Housekeeping: Services are in operation, however, to ensure that social distancing is maintained, and guests have vacated the room before housekeeping personnel enters, the Front Office team will schedule a time at your convenience to perform the cleaning upon check-in.

Room Service: Available from 7am to 9pm. If you prefer, it will be retail packaged and dropped off at your door, or you may pick up your order at a location to be determined at the front desk.

Ritual Coffee Shop: Our coffee shop is currently open, and we have take-out service and delivery through Rappi, following all established health protocols.

Available from 7:30am to 6pm.

Banquets and Events: We have reduced the capacity of our rooms according to the guidelines of social distancing of our local authorities. Further, we are presenting our new ‘’Break to go’’: individual boxes delivery for online meetings.

The Ritz Santiago staff went out of there way to make our stay perfect. The concierge even went to the outside magazine vendor with my wife to help her buy magazines. Outstanding in every way.

The hotel was comfortable and in a nice location however it doesn't have the same experience as other Ritz hotels. It is small without many amenities.

The Ritz was a welcome haven after a day of sight seeing in Santiago. Not really fond of Santiago, but the Ritz was very nice and the staff were excellent. Very quiet, inspite of being in a busy location. The rooms were recently remodeled.

-We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days -Everyone on staff was terrific and helpful -I would strongly recommend to upgrade to the Club Level for the room and access to the Club which was open 24 hours -Breakfast was great in the restaurant -The area is clean and safe and decent restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. -Sauna facilities were good -Nice pool on top with a sun deck Would definitely stay here again if staying in Santiago

The Ritz-Carlton was a great home-base for our quick trip to Santiago. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us to find places to eat and neighborhoods to visit on our own. One staffer even walked with us for a couple of blocks to help us find a cash machine and to walk us through the Spanish-only instructions. The room was spacious and lovely, and the sumptuous breakfast was a great beginning to the day.
