Ananda has re-opened on the 1st of August, with a limited inventory for the domestic market . International flights continue to remain suspended.
1.Our entire guest services and wellness team will be located on premises and tested regularly.
2.Daily assessment of guests and staff will be conducted.
3.Mandatory Covid tests for all guests (RT-PCR ) not earlier than 72 hrs from the date of arrival.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE :
1.Hotel cars sanitised using safe sanitising chemicals & fogger machines before each trip.
2.Contact less check in and check out with the Ananda Guest Services QR based app.
3.Upon arrival, baggage is sanitised separately & temperature of guests is checked.
4.Guests are provided with a welcome pouch that includes a customised mask, sanitiser and wipes.
5. All payments are handled online requiring no paper work.
1.Three fold sanitisation with safe disinfecting chemicals& UV machines.
2.All ventilation & air conditioning units in rooms will be cleaned & sanitised frequently using Steam pressure machines.
3. Santized rooms will be pre-allocated and kept vacant 24 hrs prior to arrival of the next guest.
4.During the stay , Housekeeping assistants will wear complete PPE before commencing room cleaning.
5.All amenities, linen & glassware in rooms, will be UV sanitised daily.
6.Laundry is pre-soaked with safe, certified laundry sanitisation chemical .

2.Customised fresh meals at all times, no buffet breakfasts.
3.Meal orders will be taken via digital menus available on the Ananda guest service app
4. High temperature washing & UV Sterilising of all crockery & silverware.
SPA AND WELLNESS:
1.Wellness programmes will be booked in advance by guests , spa schedules emailed prior to arrival.
2.Digital Spa menu will be available through the Ananda Guest Service app.
3.All guest queries with Doctor's, Yoga team, Spa reception to be addressed by telephone/video calls.
4.Ayurvedic wellness consultation will be conducted by Doctor's wearing masks & disposable gloves.
5.Consultation notes, wellbeing recommendations & lifestyle guidlines will be shared via email.
6.Pre or post shower or steam will be arranged in individual spa rooms with these facilities.
7.Treatment , shower & steam rooms will be thoroughly cleaned prior to commencing & after each usage with all items in the room.
8.Significant gaps will be scheduled between treatments for complete sanitisation & protection.
9. Spa therapists will wear a face mask at all times.
10. Sanitised Yoga mats with a carry strap will be placed in each guest room prior to arrival for personal use by each guest during their stay.
11.Group Yoga sessions will be conducted at designated venues with adequate distancing measures.
12.Swimming pool, sauna & hydro facilities will be closed till further Government notification.
13. Local experiences like excursions to Rishikesh & other places of interest is at present prohibited by the Government.
1.If a guest or staff informs of symptoms of covid 19, a trained response team member will attend to the guest/staff immediately in complete protective wear,
2.If symptoms are verified , then guest/staff will be isolated in a pre-identified room
3.Hotel will inform the same on the Covid related helplines or designated hospital. Health authorities may send a team to check the patient or request for patient to be sent to the designated hospital for a diagnostic test.
4.If the test result is positive , the patient will be hospitalised & immediate family /contact informed.
5.If the test result is negative, guest/staff will undergo 7 days self isolation in an isolation room identified in the hotel with all safety measures in place.
