Property undergoing renovations:

Phase One: Room Renovation

From mid-October 2024 to April 2025, the Beaumarchais wing (6th and 7th floors) underwent renovation.

Inventory update: from 276 to 262 keys.
35 rooms renovated, including 5 new categories and 1 transformed Diamond Suite.
New layout: 163 rooms, 54 Junior Suites, 32 Suites, 13 Diamond Suites.

These transformations mark the beginning of a new chapter, offering more generous spaces, a “home-feeling” atmosphere, and enhanced comfort.

Phase Two: Room Renovation

The second phase will take place from October 2025 to April 2026, focusing on the Prince wing (4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th floors).

Inventory update: from 262 to 260 keys.
43 rooms to be renovated.
Creation of modular Diamond Suites (up to 4 connecting bedrooms).
Opening of the new Bar des Connaisseurs beneath the Eiffel Dome.
