Great Hotel!

Excellent location in central Tokyo. Although the room was fantastic, what really stood out was the level of service at the MO. The staff is truly excellent....all of them. At many high end hotels, you can sometimes pick out a particularly helpful staff member, but no one person stood out here at the MO as they were all excellent. Great views of Tokyo from our room and the bed was very comfortable. One of our better hotel stays we have experienced from anywhere in the world.

I've stayed in many other 5-star hotels, both in Tokyo and around the world, and this is simply the best there is. Service standards are amazing, the rooms are gorgeous, and the food options are fantastic.

Luxurious hotel with outstanding attention to detail and customer service. We really felt pampered and loved the room layout, bathroom (great shower and toilet) and incredible views of the city. The location allowed us to easily travel by subway and foot to the sights we visited in Tokyo. The restaurants (tried Tapas Molecular and Sense) and spa (infinity bath overlooking city, wonderful massages) were amazing!

We stayed at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo for the first time as our regular accommodation was fully booked, but I'm glad that I found another gem in Tokyo! Upon arrival at the hotel (ground floor) -the bell staff checked if our room was ready, and as we arrived much earlier than check-in time, he took all our suitcases/stuff in and they were delivered to the room after we checked-in. I only had to mention my name once as he remembered our name for the rest of the stay. They were helpful with carrying all shopping bags, getting taxi, lending us umbrella, always pleasant to pass the entrance/come back to the hotel. Room was very well kept and I never had to come in the room when cleaners are working (as with children, we go in and out of the room often). Breakfast was nice with view from 38th floor and delicious crab and avocado egg benedict. Staff were all very attentive and friendly, and felt very welcomed staying there wherever wego. I'd love to come back again!

The service was unparalleled - we felt so welcome and special during our stay. Everyone who worked there knew our names and addressed us by our names frequently. It made an impression for sure and made us feel very special. The food was outstanding and the rooms generous in size and comfortable. The absolute best!
