Guests are welcome to utilize the hotel’s Hospitality Suite for early arrivals or departures that cannot be accommodated. The Hospitality Suite offers guests the use of two (2) restroom shower facilities, comfortable rest areas and lockers for hand-carry items. To guarantee early check-in, reservation date must be held 1-day prior to actual arrival day. Half and full-day rates may apply to late departures arranged by Front Office staff. Subject to availability.
Guaranteed Reservations & Deposits:
All Reservations: Credit card is required at time of booking. For Suite Reservations: Non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1-night’s rate and tax is required 30-days prior to arrival; Full non-refundable prepayment is subsequently required 7-days prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment for reservations made within 7-days of arrival.
Festive Reservations (December 22, 2026 – January 2, 2027): Credit card required to confirm. Three-night minimum stay required for arrivals Dec 22, 2026 through Dec 24, 2026. Four-night minimum stay required for arrivals Dec 25, 2026 through Jan 2, 2027. 50% room & tax deposit required at time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to arrival. Changes, cancellations or Noshow on arrival date will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid. Reservations are non-transferable.

Standard Room Reservations: Non-arriving guests or cancellations received within 72-hours will be assessed a 1-night’s room charge with applicable taxes. Suite Reservations: All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable.

Maximum Room Occupancy & Additional Bedding:
Maximum Occupancy is four (4) people to a room or suite utilizing existing bedding. Four (4) person maximum occupancy is specifically either of the following combinations: 1) 2-Adults + 2-Children; 2) 3-Adults + 1-Child or 3) 1-Adult + 3-Children. At least one (1) adult is required to occupy any guest room where children under 18 years are present. Additional person 18-years or older is subject to an Additional Person Charge of $180.00 per night plus taxes. Existing bedding must be utilized. No extra bedding will be provided. At the Hotel’s discretion, a maximum of one (1) crib may be added to the room reservation at no charge.
