Guests are welcome to utilize the hotel’s Hospitality Suite for early arrivals or departures that cannot be accommodated. The Hospitality Suite offers guests the use of two (2) restroom shower facilities, comfortable rest areas and lockers for hand-carry items. To guarantee early check-in, reservation date must be held 1-day prior to actual arrival day. Half and full-day rates may apply to late departures arranged by Front Office staff. Subject to availability.

Guaranteed Reservations & Deposits:

All Reservations: Credit card is required at time of booking. For Suite Reservations: Non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1-night’s rate and tax is required 30-days prior to arrival; Full non-refundable prepayment is subsequently required 7-days prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment for reservations made within 7-days of arrival.

Festive Reservations (December 21, 2024 – January 2, 2025): Minimum stay of 4-nights is required for reservations during dates of December 21, 2024 - January 2, 2025. Credit card required at time of booking will be charged 4-nights non-refundable deposit on August 1, 2024. The 4-night non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking if reservation is made on or after August 1, 2024. On November 1, 2024, full non-refundable prepayment will be charged to credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Room Reservations: Non-arriving guests or cancellations received within 72-hours will be assessed a 1-night’s room charge with applicable taxes. Suite Reservations: All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable.
