    Recommended - Nice hotel, in a good location. Staff was kind but would not respond to our request for ice and extra linen. Had to go down and talk with Concierge service manager to get things straightened out. Went to bar myself to get ice. Also did not tell us about our $130.00 credit voucher until our last day, so most of it went unused. Very disappointing.

    Recommended - This is a lovely boutique hotel in Sydney. All of the staff are very high-quality. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are beautiful. This hotel is spotless and in a prime location - just outside of the chaos of the Opera House, but walkable.

    Recommended - We had a wonderful four-night stay at The Langham to end our honeymoon trip, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special with a huge harbor-view room, rose petals, and complimentary Brut and chocolate. The staff recommended a wonderful local swimming spot when we arrived and were friendly throughout. The breakfast buffets were delicious as was the room service dinner we ordered one night.
