Seasonal Operations:

  • Property will be closed from Oct 26, 2025 through Nov 27, 2025.

Local bed tax to be paid upon departure:

  • Until July 31, 2025: CHF 3 per adult and CHF 1.5 per child (6 to 16 years old), per night.
  • From August 1, 2025: CHF 5 per adult and CHF 2.5 per child (6 to 16 years old), per night.

Family Plan:

  • Children aged 5 years and below stay for free in their parents' room in a baby cot or day bed, always subject to availability, and eat for free from the children's menu.
  • Children aged 6 to 11 years stay for free in their parents' room in a day bed, always subject to availability. Breakfast is charged at 50 percent, a selection from the children's menu is charged at 100 percent, a selection from the regular menu is charged at 50 percent.
  • Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices. If the child turns 12 years old during the stay we will honor the 6 - 11 years policy until the end of the stay.
  • In Terrace Room, Superior Terrace Room, Deluxe Terrace Room, and Terrace Suite, in addition to the maximum occupancy of two guests, only one additional child under the age of 18 years is allowed.
  • In Three-Bedroom Terrace Suite, in addition to the maximum occupancy of six guests, only one additional child under the age of 18 years is allowed.

Pet Policy:

  • The resort welcomes small, fully trained, and restrained dogs weighing less than 44 pounds (20 kilograms). Pets are welcome in all areas of the resort except the specialty restaurant and spa area. A daily fee of CHF 50 per pet and per stay will apply.

Guarantee Reservations and Deposit:

  • Credit card details are required to confirm the booking. For safety reasons, credit card details must only be provided through a secure link that will be sent by our reservation team upon confirmation of booking. It will be used as a guarantee only and the payment of your stay will be due on the day of your departure from the resort. Exceptions apply during high and peak season when the credit card will be charged 100 percent of the total stay, 30 days and 60 days respectively prior to arrival.
  • Reservations for groups and events requiring eight or more rooms are to be made directly with the resort as specific guarantee and cancellation policies apply. Block bookings of eight or more rooms made via our website or an agency will not be honored without the resort’s specific authorization.
