Victorian Building - The original iconic hotel. Rooms in the Victorian Building have been lovingly restored and are being prepared to welcome our guests in four phases. The first phase of the restoration of the Historic Building rooms is complete and ready for our guests. The additional three phases will be released in the coming months and will be complete by June of 2025.
Fully revitalized accommodations continue to be available in The Del’s other four neighborhoods: The Views, The Cabanas, Beach Village and Shore House.
The Views- Beautifully renovated rooms in The Views feature a panoramic oceanfront view from private balconies with nearly-invisible glass railings.
The Cabanas- Completely reimagined, The Cabanas is our contemporary SoCal social and music hub, steps from the shimmering pool and Sun Deck.
Beach Village - This is a neighborhood of fully renovated one, two and three bedroom luxury rooms and suites. Cottages are located in the front row and Villas are located in the back row of buildings.
Shore House at The Del- (opened Sept 2022) – This luxury neighborhood features one two and three bedroom seaside villas.
