  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
  • Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
  • Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
  • No pets are allowed

  Resort Credit Terms and Conditions

  • The credit is applicable for any resort restaurant and spa
  • The credit is per villa per stay and cannot be carried over to the next stay
  • The credit cannot be combined and used together, only one credit per villa is applicable
  • The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, villa discount or any other discount
  • The credit will be forfeited if not used during the stay
  • The credit will be cancelled if the room rate booked is changed to a non-eligible rate during the stay

  Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days (45days for peak dates) prior to arrival.

  Extra Person Charges (If extra guest would join the booking later):

  • Extra guest (13 years old or above) is able to join reservation with special extra person charge at THB 4,000 per person per night inclusive of daily breakfast, service charge and prevailing taxes.
  • Extra bed is unable to be set up in one bedroom suites, hence extra guest needs to share exist bed with other guests.
  • Child 4 - 12 years old is able to join the reservation with extra child charge of THB 600 per child per night (including breakfast, tax and service charge) and sofa bed for child will be set up in the villa/suite.
  • Infant under 4 years old is able to join the reservation (including daily breakfast) without extra child charge and baby cot for infant will be set up in the villa/suite.

  Guarantee Policy

  • Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in
  • Note: All add-on services selected during the booking process is not included in the "Payment Details" and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
  • Reservation requires full prepayment.

  Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 21 days (60 days for peak dates) prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.

  Rebooking Policy

  • Rebooking is allowed up to 21 days prior to arrival. Rebooking could incur difference in rates based on the new dates selected.

  Other Information

  • Airport transfer is available at THB 2,500 nett per vehicle per way for a Luxury Van with a maximum of 5 passengers. Rate is inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
