Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits:

A credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking. A deposit of two nights is required for confirmation at the time of booking. Full payment (accommodation, meal plan and transfers) is required prior to arrival for bookings. Please refer to the year round and Festive period policies below. We accept all the major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5 percent non-refundable service fee.

Seasons and Policies:

Year-Round Season: Free cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.

Festive Season: 12.19.26 – 01.06.27: Free cancellation up to 91 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.

Early Arrival: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm in our villas and suites and 3:00 pm in our residences. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.

Guaranteed early check in from 9:00 am is charged 50% of the nightly Best Flexible Rate while guaranteed early check in before 9:00 am is charged at the nightly Best Available Dynamic Rate

Late Departure: Check-out time is by 12:00 noon.

Guaranteed late check out until 6:00 pm is charged with 50% of the nightly Best Available Dynamic Rate while guaranteed late check out after 6:00 pm is considered as one (1) full night stay charged at nightly Best Available Dynamic Rate
