Each of its three spectacular standalone villas can be booked individually. Headland House sleeps six, while Beach Villa and Mangrove Villa both sleep eight. More sunsets, more ocean breezes, more barefoot luxury… because once you're here, you won’t want to leave.
What's included?
- All meals and drinks (including all alcoholic beverages) served in a variety of locations

- Return launch transfers from the airports at Beef Island (EIS) and Virgin Gorda (VIJ)
- All of the services you would expect, including full use of facilities at your estate and the shared recreation areas, wireless internet and laundry
- A range of watersports including kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and snorkelling

- This offer is subject to availability.
- Minimum stay of four nights is applicable for the free night offer and for longer stays, free nights may be doubled (e.g. 8 for 6).
- Guarantee Policy: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. The final 70% non-refundable payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 61 days to arrival: 30% penalty. Cancellations received within 60 days: 100% penalty.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or packages.
- A 2.5% service charge and a 3% BVI Hotel Accommodation Tax will be added to your bill.
- An optional 1% donation to our charity partner Unite BVI will also be added.
- Please note that additional charges may apply for children over 6 years old sharing a room with two adults. Our Reservations Team will contact you directly to confirm any applicable extra charges once a booking has been received.
