  • The Best Hotel in San Antonio

    Recommended - We loved our stay at the Hotel Emma. We felt incredible walking through the hotel's grounds, eating at their delicious restaurants. Every single person we encountered at the hotel made us special. They welcomed us with a beautiful fruit plate in our room. We had a wonderful welcome drink at their Library. We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Supper and our breakfast was unbelievable. Their turndown service was so sweet and they have wonderful amenities. The hotel is in a beautiful location and you can easily take the river taxi into Downtown. You can also walk to great stores and restaurants near by. We honestly had the best food and drink experience at the hotel though. We can't wait to return to the Hotel Emma.

    Recommended - Jess made our trip to San Antonio so special. It was just my two beautiful daughters and me. The Hotel Emma was so interesting and so much fun to stay in. The weather was awful but we just had a wonderful time in our hotel. Pat Austin

    Recommended - My stay at Hotel Emma was delightful in many ways. It was such an interesting place. I loved using and recycling all the old equipment. The hotel had so character! My room was very nice and comfortable except for one problem. My room was next to the electrical and janitorial closet. A long closet the depth of my room. Each morning about 4:30 am the room came alive with sounds from the closet. Someone was working in the janitors closet but it sounded like they were in my room! I did complain about this upon checking and the hotel did give me a discount on my room.
