The 1883 Temple Court building is now one of the city’s trendiest destinations thanks to a high-design vibe that wraps Persian rugs around the front desk and curio-filled bookcases around the atrium’s Bar Room. There you’ll find locals vying for the coveted velvet seating, gazes turned upward to the wrought-iron balustrades and pyramid-shaped glass ceiling. Yet the 287 eclectic rooms are equally worth an ogle with their leather headboards, wood armoires, and blue Chinese dragon lamps – not to mention en suite cocktail bars.
