A deposit of 50%, including applicable state & local taxes (currently 2.9%), as well as a 7.5% service charge is due at the time of booking. Personal check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) may be used for deposit payment. Final payment is due upon checkout. Please note: these requirements differ for Group and Town Bookings, as well as Holiday Season.
Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of an Act of God and other force majeure, we will waive the cancellation fees by holding the deposit in escrow for a future visit up to one year from the original arrival date. If the guest does not visit Dunton Hot Springs within one year after the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or cancelled due to delayed, cancelled or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. Full stay payment will be required for any reservation canceled within two weeks of the arrival date. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. Please note these requirements differ for Group and Town/Ranch Bookings, as well as Holiday Season.
