Social distancing at check-in with partition between our agents and guests with 6ft markers on the floor for spacing. Our team members will abide by all health and safety guidelines and adhere to new industry standards. In accordance with local regulations, a face covering over your nose and mouth is required by law while in public areas Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout public spaces and meeting room floors, along with productavailability in-room. A cell phone sterilization station will also be available.
High-touch public spaces (lobby, elevators, bathrooms, meeting space, etc.) will have increased frequency of our normal cleaning schedule per day and during peak times.
Higher air quality control will be monitored with increased air filter replacements and cleaning. Superior cleaning products with a greater concentration of bacteria-killing ingredients (per CDC guidelines) will beused in all guestrooms and public spaces to ensure we are exceeding our IHG Way of Clean cleanliness standards.
IHG Way of Clean – developed in 2015 in partnership with Ecolab and Diversey is now being expanded with additionalCOVID-19 protocols & best practices by working closely with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.
