Deposit Policy
The deposit amount due at the time of booking is based on the number of nights booked.
For 1 to 2 nights, the deposit due is 100% of the total booking amount.
For 3 to 4 nights, the deposit due is 50% of the total booking amount.
For 5 nights or more, a 3 night deposit is charged.
Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend that our guests arrange travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation charges
Standard Deposit & Cancellation Terms
The deposit is based on the number of nights that will be charged.
- For 1 to 2 nights, 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
- For 3-4 nights, 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- For 5 nights or more, a 3 night deposit is due at the time of booking.
For travel between 5 January and 20 December: cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the cost of the booking. Cancellations made 14 days or less = 100% of the cost of the booking.
Early Departures and No shows will be charged at 100% of the cost of the booking.
Festive Deposits & Cancellation (Festive Season) 21 December and 4 January: A deposit of 50% of the stay is required for all bookings, at the time of booking. Full payment is required by 1 Oct.
For travel between 21 December and 4 January: cancellations made after 1 Oct will be subject to a fee of 100% of the cost of the booking.
