All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The booking credit card will be charged immediately for two nights room rate plus tax. The deposit represents the first and last nights of the stay. Stays of less than two nights require a deposit equal to one nights room rate plus tax. All Superior and Deluxe Suites require a two-night deposit.
All cancellations and changes for a guest room reservation must be received at least 21 days prior to the expected arrival date. All cancellations and changes for a suite reservation must be received 30 days prior to the expected arrival date. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is received after the required dates, the Resort will retain the full deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within seven days of the expected arrival date, the guest will be charged for their full stay. The same will apply to no-shows. If the length of the stay of a guaranteed reservation is shortened within the cancellation period, the Resort will charge for two nights accommodation. Early departures will result in a fee equal to two nights room rate.
Specialty Suites: If a cancellation is received 60 days or fewer prior to the expected arrival date, the Resort will retain the deposit. If a cancellation is received 30 days or fewer prior to the expected arrival date, the guest will be charged for the full cost of the total reserved stay. The same penalty applies to no-shows.
