Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya will temporarily suspend operations on March 2, 2025, and undergo extensive, property-wide renovations, expected to conclude in late 2025.

The hotel-wide renovations will include an expansion of the hotel’s suite inventory, a redesigned lobby, a renovated spa with indoor and outdoor wellness spaces, refreshed food and beverage offerings, and an upgrade to meeting and event spaces.
