The dining roster includes fare from the likes of David Chang, José Andrés, and Chris Santos. Other discoveries include vibrant nightlife, stylish boutiques, and The Chandelier, a three-level bar and lounge known for its 2 million crystals.

A must-do: Order a cocktail at The Chandelier. Each of the bar’s three levels has a separate and unique drink menu. –Linda Barber Nelson, British Columbia

Health & Safety

Our new sanitization and safety standards were constructed in compliance with the standards set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) and the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB). In addition to our resort-wide standards, each department and team in the resort has adopted a specific set of standards focused on three key areas: 1) personal protective equipment (PPE) resources available for guests and CoStars, 2) cleaning and disinfecting measures, and 3) physical distancing protocol. Across the board, our standards meet or exceed current guidelines from all relevant organizations and authorities.

Cleaning and Sanitization: Advanced cleaning and sanitization protocols have been implemented resort-wide, all of which meet or exceed the standards set by local, state and federal authorities.

The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased resort-wide along with additional CoStars deployed throughout the resort to focus on the cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch and high-contact surfaces. These strict protocols also extend to our back-of-house CoStar spaces as well.

CDC and OSHA-approved cleaning and disinfecting protocols are used to clean guest rooms, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. All linen will continue to be washed at high temperature with appropriate cleaning products that eliminate viral and bacterial pathogens.

Hand Hygiene, Masks, and GlovesHand washing is one of the most important steps in preventing the spread of viruses. Our CoStars are instructed to wash or sanitize their hands after every physical guest interaction and we ask that our guests do the same.

Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the resort including at all desks, podiums, counters, elevator lobbies, entrances, convention spaces, and throughout public spaces and the casino. Disinfectant wipes are also available throughout the casino and elevator lobbies to sanitize buttons.

CoStars and guests are required to wear masks at all times inside the resort. Gloves are worn by CoStars in certain positions as required by local health authorities. Our CoStars are trained on the importance of wearing masks, washing and sanitizing their hands after every physical guest interaction, and wearing gloves when appropriate.

For our guest’s convenience, we now provide an in-room amenity kit, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and additional items to make you feel more reassured during your stay.

Physical Distancing and No Contact Services: Guests and CoStars are required to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups. This is especially important while standing in queues, using elevators and escalators, and when moving about the resort. As a resort, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure the layouts in our casino, restaurants, public spaces, and meeting rooms and convention spaces are in compliance with physical distancing standards as a means to keep our guests safe while enjoying the resort.

Temperature Checks: All CoStars are required to undergo a non-invasive temperature screening before beginning their work shift and entering the resort. Those with a temperature exceeding 100.4⁰F (38.0⁰C), showing signs of illness, or exhibiting flu-like symptoms will be required to seek immediate medical attention. Guests that suspect they may be at risk of COVID-19, or are experiencing the same symptoms previously mentioned, will be provided with an onsite medical assessment and assisted in seeking immediate and appropriate medical care.

CoStar Health and Safety: In addition to thorough training on how to implement our new safety, cleaning and sanitization protocols, our team of CoStars have been trained on how to respond swiftly and appropriately to all presumed or confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection on property in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelines. CoStars are prepared and ready to provide support to any guest experiencing any health concerns, alongside access to a team of 24-hour medical professionals, should they be needed. Additionally, CoStars are asked to stay home if they do not feel well and are instructed to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest with flu like symptoms.

COVID-19 Reporting, Notification, and Room Recovery Protocol: If we are alerted to a case of COVID-19 at the resort, we will work in conjunction with local health authorities to complete all appropriate steps with any impacted guests and CoStars. Additional cleaning and disinfecting measures in all areas that the guest was known to have accessed during their stay will be thoroughly conducted.

In the event a guest has a confirmed case of COVID-19, the guest’s room will be removed from service and undergo enhanced sanitizing and cleaning measures. The room will not be returned to service until it is deemed safe.

A great weekend at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

By: triptek

Reviewed on: 24 Apr 2017

This was our first stay at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and it was a great experience. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM went into the Autograph Lounge as a Virtuoso Traveler and we were checked in within 5 minutes and were told that we would get a text when our rooms were ready and they would try to get the room for us ASAP. She also told us about the other Virtuoso Ameneties including room upgrades (they gave us rooms with a View of the Bellagio Fountains) complementary breakfast buffet with access thru the invited guest line and a $100.00 dining credit for each room. The hotel had great restaurants, a great central location, excellent fitness center with a great class Tuesday-Saturday and Three pools. I enjoyed the Boulevard pool which has several levels of seating and a cafe. The Chelsea pool is smaller and has less seating and I did not go to Marquee - The Day Club which you get admittance to as a guest of the Cosmopolitan.

Rested and Cared for at the Cosmopolitan!

Fantabulous! First of all, the hotel lobby is a Moving Art Gallery and it's beautiful. The check-in was just lovely and seamless. I was mentally and physically spent from a long 14-hour flight from Dubai. The young man that checked me in moved to a quieter tower and upgraded my room! I was so grateful...until I got to the room. It was beautiful with the large jacuzzi tub, living room, super comfortable bed and a lovely balcony that drank coffee on every morning that was there with my blanket. It was elegantly decorated and great view of the Strip. I treated my Mom to the Buffet and had late night snacks from the Egg Slut! Yummilicious on both counts! At one point, I came to the bar and got a nice Boyrbon Cocktail in my fluffy slippers and lovely silk pajamas and robe. No one batted an eye. I love Vegas and the Cosmopolitan. My new favorite spot for the Annual Birthday trip for my Mother. I will stay again and recommend to others. Service and rooms we're phenomenal. :)

Favorite place to say in Vegas!

By: Jessi

Reviewed on: 25 Mar 2018

We always love staying at the Cosmo. It is definitely our favorite, from the theme, vibe, and dining options, to their impeccable decor! Rose Rabbit Lie is always fun, the spa has an incredible selection (although the Decadent Youth Glow facial gave me a reaction), and their accommodations are luxe with gorgeous views. Plus, it’s my boyfriend’s favorite place to gamble. My only concern was that the suite — with a separate dining area and private bedroom — was actually less appealing than our non-suite room during our last stay!! I guess that’s actually a bonus — the cheaper room was on par with a luxe suite— but it definitely threw me! Next time we know that we’d actually prefer the less expensive room. It’s still the best and worth staying longer than an extended weekend. Highly, highly recommend the Cosmo for anyone’s next Vegas stay!

What. Wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious. And very clean. Nice bedding and linens. It is a bit dark in the room. Only concern is there are literally NO drawers. For a longer stay this could be a problem. The only tiny drawer is between the two beds. The staff is unsurpassed. We were impressed. By the number of restaurants. Something for all. We dined at American bistro. Great burgers! Had Japanese food another time. The BEST breakfast buffet ever! Can u tell, we loved the cosmo? Would book again

Didn’t provide transportation

We were supposed to receive transportation to and from the hotel and the airport. They never showed up and when leaving they said it wasn’t authorized when they precipitous said it was. It almost made us late to the airport. That said everything else was great and we will stay there again but hopefully they will fix the problem with communication around transportation.
