Check-in is at 4 pm. We invite our guests to join us for lunch and participate in an afternoon activity on their day of arrival. Checkout is at 9 am. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy sunrise activities and breakfast prior to departure. Brush Creek Ranch does not permit smoking of any kind in any Ranch rooms, cabins, or any other outbuilding on Ranch property. Payments are accepted in the form of a check, wire transfer, and by any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AmEx).

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival (we’ll call to remind you)

Cancelling 61+ days prior your arrival: we will retain 10% of the total reservation amount (cancellation penalty)

Cancelling 60 days or less prior to your arrival: your deposit will be forfeited in full.

Ranch Fee (35.6%) covers taxes and gratuities for the entire Ranch and service team as we have a no-tipping policy.
