Health & Safety

Information not provided

Tranquilo Golf Course at Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club Orlando is certified by the National Audubon Society as a certified wildlife sanctuary. The addition of native plants and trees, as well as the creation of naturalized areas on the golf course to provide water and food for local and migratory wildlife, was a key factor in the course’s certification.

Landscaping: Four Seasons worked with EDSA landscaping firm to develop/enhance the 26-acre lakeside environment. There are 114 different plant species on the property, and a total of 1,140 trees. There are also 927 palm trees and 72,000 shrubs/ground covers.

Green Design Features In-Room: The resort’s guestrooms all feature high-efficiency light bulbs, and thermostats equipped with sensors to best control the HVAC when the room is occupied or vacant. Guests can opt to reduce water consumption through the resort’s water conservation program, where bed linens are not washed daily.

An oasis from the crowds

By: Leslie

Reviewed on: 29 Nov 2015

The Four Seasons is a beautiful property that makes a Disney vacation a lot more sane for adults (and spoils the kids!). The property is gorgeous, from the entry way with a modern crystal chandelier and staircase filled with Hidden Mickeys to a heated lazy river, to the large rooms with luxurious bathrooms. What the seven year old loved: a tv hidden in the bathroom mirror (encouraged long showers!), movie night with free popcorn in the pool on Saturday evening, a view of fireworks from the roof balcony (easier to get to bed quickly although not as stunning as if we had been in the parks), room service breakfast. Only regret: didn't have time to checkout the video games at the kids club. What the parents loved:quiet and dark room, prices significantly below Disney top properties, easy 10 minute coach bus ride to and from parks that ran right on schedule, hotel restaurant food that was really good, wine lists that were also impressive, outdoor ping pong.

Loved, loved, loved the Four Seasons Orlando - for parents and children alike. So much to do at the Four Season, we found ourselves wanting to come back from the Disney Parks to spend more time at the hotel. Impeccable service and attention - food on property is delicious. LOVED the character breakfast - my favorite Disney meal - better than those at the parks and not so crowded. We would definitely come a family...and for a couples retreat!

The Four Seasons Orlando is definitely the best luxury resort in the area. It met all my expectations for a Four Seasons property and the service exceeded my expectations. There were a few frustrations that come with not staying on a "Disney property" like not being able to use Magic Bands and having to be dropped off at the transportation hub and take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. I will definitely stay at the Four Seasons Orlando in the future.

We will be staying at The Four Seasons Orlando when returning to Disney. This hotel is perfect for kids, yet sophisticated enough for adults. The service was impeccable all around. The Disney touches throughout the hotel are not cheesy, but enough to get the kids excited and mom and dads to get out their wallets. It is very close to the parks. The room sizes are great for a family with kids. It is what you would expect from a Four Seasons property.

The 4 Seasons is located inside Disney World but it is not a "Disney Owned" Resort. As a result, it is far less crowded and a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. This expansive resort is suited to families or couples. Adult pool, Family pool, Lazy river, 2 quality waterslides, rock climbing wall, game room, incredible dining.... too much to name... They provide transportation to and from the Disney parks but you could vacation here alone and be quite content.

Pretty good

By: Monique

Reviewed on: 16 Nov 2017

The property is beautiful! Pool areas are awesome and extremely clean, as you'd expect at a FS property. A couple things disappointed though. First- food. We ate at PB&G by the water and it was just "ok". Nothing special and a limited menu.Twice we ate poolside and the Cobb salads we ordered were awesome but we also ordered hummus and chips- both days the chips were soft. The fruit bowl was mostly bowl and VERY little fruit. I felt the quality of the food, other than Capa, wasn't really up to FS standards. (Capa was excellent) Ravelllo each morning for breakfast had a good buffet with lots of options for being healthy or splurging but the wait staff was slow every morning which was tough when the kids just wanted to get going and enjoy the day. Also- my curtains were broke and the TP holder was broke in room 313 the whole week. I expected more out of the room, honestly. The pool areas definitely made us want to stay again although we are also looking at the Lowes property in Orlando.

By: 4season fan

Reviewed on: 28 Dec 2017

The Four Seasons in WDW is the perfect spot for an adult or family trip to Disney. Close enough to the theme parks for their bus yet just far eneough away for adult privacy. With its roof top restaurant you have an unobstructed view of the fireworks at MK and can see EPCOT. With an adult only pool the Four Seasons provides an amenity that Disney resort hotels cannot along with family pools. Staff is not professional, friendly and provided many extras to make my wife’s birthday celebration special. Most definitely a Four Seasons to frequent.

The service was above and beyond, especially the pool staff, who were delightful and so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and there was a wonderful in-room dining selection. INCREDIBLE Property for Families and Couples

The Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World is a five star experience through and through. They have built an oasis right in the heart of Walt Disney World but just far enough away from all of the big tourist resorts and experiences. You almost forget you are near Walt Disney World. The service, property, rooms, pools, spa, restaurants are all spectacular. We truly don't have anything negative to say about this property. The rates can be expensive but you get what you pay for here- the rooms are huge and luxurious, the pool complex is impeccably designed creating a real oasis, and every staff member you interact with is both gracious and ready to assist at a moment's notice. Also, there are no resort fees or fees for any of the kids programs. It's all included in the room rate. This hotel is the epitome of a five star Four Seasons. Highly recommend!

I would strongly recommend staying at the Four Seasons Orlando for a Disney/Universal vacation -- the accommodations, food, and attentive service are just what the doctor ordered after the sensory overload that theme parks can create. We loved it. One example of insanely good service occurred when we mentioned at PB&G (outdoor casual dining) that we were craving sugar cookies, but none were to be had. An amazing host from the front of PB&G who had been chatting with us about this desire (I wish I could recall his name) tracked us down later that day at the pool (totally removed geographically from the restaurant) and brought us a box of WARM cookies he had materialized from the pastry chef moments before. Just because. I'm not sure how he found us, but we enjoyed every crumb! Honestly, our daughter (8) loved the hotel (and pools, lazy river, and waterslides) so much she was lukewarm about leaving to go to the parks! Thank you, Four Seasons Orlando, for a fantastic experience.

Four seasons was a delightful experience— great pool, great breakfasts, and cappa was quite outstanding (from a picky new yorker’s perspective). Room was spacious and balcony had a nice view. Room cost was beyond anything we’ve experienced anywhere in the world— beware sticker shock

The Four Seasons is impeccable. They treated us to surprises and awesome guest service at every turn. They are best in class and the staff is unreal. We didn't want to leave!
