All rates in USD confirmed at time of booking, subject to 5% service charge and 8% VAT until 30 Jun 2024, from 1st Jul 2024 onwards 10% VAT will be applied.
Payment policy: Deposit of 100% total reserved value is required 20 days before arrival date. If stay falls 24 Dec - 6 Jan & 25 Jan - 2 Feb, deposit of 100% of total reserved value is required 59 days before arrival date.
Cancellation policy: 20 days or less prior to arrival charged 100%; no show charged 100% for Shoulder / Premium season; 60 days prior to arrival charged 100% for Peak season (24 Dec - 6 Jan & 25 Jan - 2 Feb)
Child policy: Children 0-5 years stay free; 6-11 years old will be charged 50% for breakfast; from 12 years and up is consider as adult.
Min. stay of 2 nights is required for bookings in Peak season from 24 December to 6 January
