Each of the 50 rooms at Nayara Gardens is a single-bedroom villa with a private garden, outdoor shower, and a view of the active Arenal Volcano. At the adults-only Nayara Springs, each of the 35 villas features a hot spring plunge pool. The properties, connected by a footbridge, provide access to four unique restaurants and two open-air spas.

All Arenal Pool Casitas allow up to 2 Adults per room or 2 Adults and 2 children under 12 yrs old.
Rainforest Pool Villas allow up to 2 Adults or 2 Adults and 1 child under 6 years.
Springs Villas allow up to 3 Adults (1 king bed +1 day bed)
EXTRA PERSON SURCHARGE

Reservations during the holiday season:

To secure the reservation, passports and full names of all guests are required at the time of booking.
Name changes are not allowed for these reservations.A non-refundable 10% of the total reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining total reservation amount must be paid in full at least 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 60 days before the guest's arrival date are subject to a 10% penalty of the reservation amount.
Cancellations received within the last 59 days before arrival, no-shows, and early departures are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Nayara doesn't have a minimum length of stay, but check-in and check-out are not allowed on December 24 and 31.
