    Pet Policy - Only small dogs or cats under 20 pounds/10 kilos are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest for damage done as a result of pet. Pets are not allowed in the fitness center, pool or restaurants. Upon check-in guest must sign a discharge regarding pet stay. Service animals are welcome.

    Family Policy - A maximum of 2 children age 11 years or younger sharing existing bedding with an adult stay free. Child rollway bed if required is EUR 100.00. Rollaway bed is not allowed in Superior Rooms - La Suite Chaillot - La Suite Panoramique.

    Group Policy - A maximum of 2 rooms may by reserved electronically from the same booking source or agency location for arrival on the same date. Requests for additional rooms are welcome and should be directed to the hotels sales office at slpr@shangri-la.com or call 33 1 53 67 19 34.

    Please note that L’Abeille restaurant has been permanently closed and is no longer accepting reservations, as we consider a new culinary direction for the hotel, focusing on La Bauhinia and Shang Palace.
