Blue Mountains, Featherdale And Aboriginal Center
There are over 4 million people who live in Sydney. Whenever you have that many people living in one place, you are bound to create some unique sightseeing locations and interesting urban haunts. With all of the "cool" and "hip" things going on, it's a wonder that anybody would want to leave! Despite this, there is one thing that has remained constant for visitors to Sydney: a pull to the Blue Mountains.

This World Heritage site draws in travelers for good reason and we'll bring you to the best spots in the surrounding area while avoiding the crowds. Wentworth Falls is a three tier waterfall that, when flowing strong, stands as one of the most impressive locations throughout the entire national park. A short walk to a viewing platform will provide uninterrupted views of its source and the final landing place at the bottom of the mountains, approximately 615 feet below. Near Wentworth Falls is the mountain town of Katoomba. Here, you will grab lunch and explore life in an Australian mountain town. If you can imagine it, some people even make a commute to Sydney for their job, grasping at that perfect balance between nature and city life.

The "Three Sisters" often serve as the face of Blue Mountain National Park, and their unique geographic characteristics provide an amazing opportunity for photos. After the guide tells you the story about their legend, it will add even greater meaning every time you re-visit those pictures. Throughout your tour, you'll be able to take advantage of your guide's knowledge of the area by heading to places big buses can't go, sometimes leaving just your small group as the only travelers in sight and the Blue Mountains everywhere you turn!

The story of the "Three Sisters" has its roots in Aboriginal culture, whose members were the first to occupy this land. At the Waradah Aboriginal Center, just down the street from one of the best known views of the mountains, you will learn about communities unique to Australia. Through a staged show, you will hear about everything from the origin of the didgeridoo to the relationship indigenous Australians made with the nature you just explored.

Koalas! Kangaroos! Emus! We get it, everyone wants to check out these animals when in Australian and we don't blame you. Rather than shoving you into the bush, we'll take you to the Featherdale Wildlife Park for a chance to get up close and personal with native wildlife.

It would be a shame to drive back the way you came, so we'll get you on a river cruise back to the harbor, passing under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and into one of the most beautiful ports in the world!

Departures:
07:45 AM,

Meeting instructions:
Specific pick up or taxi instructions will appear on your voucher after you purchase your trip.

Special instructions:
- We recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes and bring an additional layer of clothing.
- Please note you will return to Sydney by the way of a scenic harbor cruise. Once back at the main Sydney Harbor (Circular Quay) you will have to return to your hotel independently.

Private Blue Mountains, Featherdale And Scenic World
Anytime you head to a new city, people often discuss what a worthy "day trip" is outside of the city's main attractions. Well, when it comes to Sydney, one of the first places that comes to mind is the Blue Mountains. With the internet these days, places that don't live up to the hype will get exposed. Fortunately, the Blue Mountains isn't one of those places, and your local guide will provide the perfect atmosphere to see exactly what everyone is talking about.

Scenic World will look you in the eyes and dare you to ride the steepest railway in the world! The Scenic Cableway, Railway, and Skyway (at your own expense) offers spectacular views of the Three Sisters and the valley below at this World Heritage site. Your guide will take you down to the valley floor and describe the options within the facility, while explaining the area and the coal mine which laid the groundwork for Scenic World back in the 1800s.

Echo Point will bring you up-close-and-personal with the Three Sisters, serving as the location with the best views of these icons within the entire park. Look for the blue haze that earned this park its name. Along with Echo Point, you will also make stops at some of your guide's favorite viewing locations away from the crowds, providing more intimate moments with the Jamison and Megalong valleys. A lunch stop will be made at a typical Australian pub, providing a perfect fill up.

Don't be ashamed if during the whole tour the only thing you were thinking about was seeing a koala. We've got you covered. The Featherdale Wildlife Park provides the best wildlife experience anywhere around Sydney. Snap a picture with a koala. Take a selfie with a kangaroo. You can't go wrong either way. Just make sure your camera is fully charged.

You will return to the Sydney Harbor Circular Quay or Darling Harbor by water taxi where your tour concludes.

Australian Wildlife Adventure
If you live in North America, or Europe, or anywhere other than Australia, you are just as likely to see Big Foot as you are to see a kangaroo when you're out on a hike. Luckily, you are going to Australia, and we have a guide that can help you track down its distinctive wildlife. The "Big 5" will be your main focus as you explore the bush of the Southern Highlands in search of kangaroos, koalas, platypus, emus, and wombats. Sure, you can head over to a zoo and see these animals behind glass, but we think it's time to bust out the adventurer inside all of us.

Ninety minutes outside of Sydney, you will find yourself heading off regularly-traveled roads and into the Southern Highlands for a personalized way of exploring the native bush. Field guides, binoculars, flashlights, and spotlights will be at your service as your on-board naturalist gives you the rundown on everything distinctive about Australian animals. As the afternoon rolls along, your chance of seeing wildlife will grow. Emus can be found in small groups. Wombats predominantly feed at night. Gliders hang out in trees foraging for food. The elusive platypus can be seen out and about on the river around dusk. Walk the tree line in search of the iconic koala. Keep your head on a swivel and your feet light!

Dinner at a typical Australian inn will help break up the day for the perfect rural experience. There isn't a better opportunity than this once-in-a-lifetime wilderness exploration.

Jewish Heritage Tour Of Sydney
Your tour begins at "The Rocks", part of Sydney's historic waterfront. Here, cobblestone streets and early convict history blend with modern markets, museums, art galleries and special events.

From there, you'll hear about stories of the Jews from the "First Fleet", the first 11 ships that departed England in 1787 to form the first penal colony in Australia, arriving after 250 days at sea.

Upon arrival at the Central Synagogue, you will be impressed with its stunning and simplistic beauty. The largest synagogue in the Southern Hemisphere, it is home to a vibrant and thriving community.

There's a place in Sydney called "Our Big Kitchen". It is a commercial kitchen, available for non-profit and community organizations to use to prepare meals for their members and the needy. A local Rabbi will be on hand to regale you with stories about the kitchen and its mission.

It's time for a lunch break and Bondi Beach, a white sand beauty and one of the most famous beaches in the country, is a great place to stop. You're sure to find something to your liking among the many cafes and restaurants available here.

What better way to get a feel for the culture than by visiting local proprietors? We'll stop in at a Jewish butcher, baker and bookstore, where you'll be free to make some purchases.

Sydney City Tour
Often these days when people say the word "beautiful" it just goes in one ear and out the other. After getting back from a trip you might hear someone say "ohhhhh it was so beautiful" and then you instantly hope they move on to their next thought. Beautiful this. Beautiful that. The word is losing its meaning. Well, if we could rewind to the first utterance of the word, then Sydney would be one of the most appropriate places to accept that label. See what we did there? We gave power back to the word.

After a pickup from your area hotel, you will head over to Observatory Hill, which provides a panoramic view of the harbor that perfectly frames the iconic Sydney Harbor Bridge and Sydney Opera House. From a gazebo platform you will learn all about the first fleet and convicts that served as the foundation of the Sydney "rocks" neighborhood. From the hill you will make your way to the well known Mrs. Macquarie's Chair for an additional vantage point of the harbor. Mrs. Macquarie was the wife of the governor of New South Wales from 1810 to 1821 and this location quickly became known as one of her favorite spots in the entire city.

Although the stunning views of the harbor bring in the tourists, the beaches here are what make the locals fall in love. Your guide will bring you over to the famous Bondi Beach for a walk along the Esplanade. Learn about the surfers who flock to its waters and the lifesaving clubs who watch their every move. This beach epitomizes the Sydney lifestyle!

Once at Watson Bay, you will learn why many refer to Sydney as the "Emerald City." The beautiful coastal views and a chance to get some mouthwatering seafood at Doyle's restaurant, which has been around since 1845, makes this a great spot just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Back across Sydney, you will also stop at Balmoral Beach, which provides perfect swimming areas for families and office workers skipping out on the day a little bit early.

The tour will finish up at Taronga Zoo. From here, you will have the option to learn about the unique wildlife on your own while returning to the hotel at your own pace, or have your guide get you back into the city. This is the perfect overview of Australia's most BEAUTIFUL city.

Departures:
09:45 AM,

Meeting instructions:
Specific pick up or taxi instructions will appear on your voucher after you purchase your trip.

Special instructions:
- At the end of the tour, you will have the option to stay and explore the Taronga Zoo. Admission for adults is approximately $32 USD and for children, 4-15 years old, it is approximately $18 USD. These fees are not included in the price of your tour.

Private Full Day Sydney Tour
Love at first sight isn't out of the question when you arrive in Sydney. With a "voluptuous" harbor and "charming" coastal suburbs, odds are you will fall head over heels within the first half hour of your tour. Love can be distracting, but we give you permission to really swoon and soak it all in.

Your local guide knows the greater Sydney area like they have been married for decades. Considering that it is the largest city in Australia, it makes sense to set a whole day aside to explore it and this will still just be the tip of the iceberg. If you have some spots you are looking to check off your list, make sure to bring it up to your guide in order to fit it into the itinerary. Although your guide will have an itinerary in mind, if it works with the timing, they will be happy to make impromptu stops.

The famous harbor will be one of your first stops as it showcases the iconic Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbor Bridge. From Mrs. Macquarie's Chair you will have one of the best and most cherished vantage points in the entire city. Passing through the Red Light District of Kings Cross you will see an inner city hot spot that is one of the many unique places checkered throughout downtown.

Waterfront eastern suburbs like Double Bay, Rose Bay, and Watson's Bay are some of the most inviting haunts in all of Sydney. Perfect for access to a beach or mouthwatering seafood. Bondi Beach showcases the epicenter of Australian beach culture and will provide the perfect opportunity to dip your toes in the Tasman Sea.

North of Sydney, enjoy views from Seaforth lookout over Middle Head and Spit Bridge as you journey through exclusive suburbs. The rugged headline creates spectacular photo opportunities. Take a walk along Manly's Corso, which separates Sydney Harbor from the Pacific Ocean. An ideal place to grab some afternoon tea or coffee.

Sydney offers so much and your local guide will be sure to make the most of your time!
