How does it work – and how does working with an advisor benefit would-be cruisers?

Virtuoso partners with more than 30 ocean, river, and specialty cruise lines to serve the needs of travelers. Many of our cruise partners provide Virtuoso travel advisors exclusive amenities that are not available to competitors.

Virtuoso Voyages Hosted Program Participants (14)
AmaWaterways, Azamara Club Cruises, Crystal Cruises Crystal River Cruises, Cunard Line, Oceania Cruises, Paul Gauguin Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn, Silversea, Star Clippers (New for 2018), Tauck River Cruises (New for 2018), Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, and Windstar Cruises.

Virtuoso Voyages benefits include:
  • Dedicated Onboard Host(s)
  • Welcome aboard cocktail reception(s)
  • Guests also choose one of four bonus benefits:

    • Shipboard Credit
    • Custom Credit
    • or Private Car and Driver (on select departures)

In addition, fourteen of our cruise partners provide Virtuoso advisors with additional incentives:

AmaWaterways 
Virtuoso guests booked on select 2018 Virtuoso Group Block sailings receive a shipboard credit up to $300 per-stateroom.  Virtuoso advisors who book into this particular program will receive a 25% commission.  Guests who are booked on voyages that are not part of the group program will enjoy a complimentary shore excursion or $100 per-stateroom shipboard credit.  The Virtuoso benefit is determined by the voyage selected.  Please view Ama’s 2018 Exclusive Amenities dates and 2018 Group Block Details for terms and conditions.  The Virtuoso Amenity Program benefits are combinable with the Virtuoso Voyages benefits.  All benefits must be requested at the time of booking, and will not be auto applied. 


Avalon Waterways
Virtuoso guests receive prepaid gratuities on select European 2018 sailings, all aboard Panoramic Suite ships. 


Celebrity Cruises
Veranda, Concierge Class or AquaClass Stateroom guests receive dining for two in a specialty restaurant. Suite guests receive dining for two in a specialty restaurant and a $75 shopping credit per-stateroom. This benefit is valid on select 4+ night sailings and is combinable with most Celebrity Cruises brand offers.


Crystal River Cruises
Virtuoso guests will  receive a $200 per-person shipboard credit on all non-hosted Virtuoso Voyages dates 


Crystal Yacht Cruises
2018: Virtuoso guests receive a $250 per-person shipboard credit on all Crystal Esprit sailings.
2019: Virtuoso guests receive a $125 per-person shipboard credit on all Crystal Esprit sailings.


Holland America Line
Virtuoso guests receive Pinnacle Grill Dinner for Two & Canaletto Dinner for Two on new Verandah or Suite bookings to Asia, Australia & South Pacific, South America & EXC In‑Depth Voyages. Verandah or Suite guests on Alaska Land+Sea Journeys receive $50 per-person Denali Dollars spending money at McKinley Chalet Resorts.


Huritgruten
Virtuoso guests receive a 300 NOK (approx. $50 USD) shore excursion credit per-person on Northbound or Southbound cruises. Guests receive a 600 NOK (approx. $100 USD) shore excursion credit per-person when they book a round-trip itinerary of 11 nights or more. Guests on Explorer Itineraries receive the 600 NOK per person and a complimentary photo journal (Value of $200).


Lindblad Expeditions
Virtuoso guests receive a $50 shipboard credit per-stateroom on all Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic branded ships.


Norwegian Cruise Line
Virtuoso guests who stay in a Haven Suite for 5+ nights through 2018 receive a free Behind the Scenes Tour for the first four guests in the suite (Value of $79.00 per-person).
 

Oceania Cruises
Virtuoso guests that book on select voyages (named “Oceania Cruises Amenity Partnership Program” or OCAPP) will receive prepaid gratuities.


Paul Gauguin Cruises
Virtuoso guests booked on select 2018 & 2019 sailings receive a $100 shipboard credit per-person.


PONANT Yacht Cruises & Expeditions
Virtuoso guests receive a $200 shipboard credit per-stateroom on all voyages.


Princess Cruises
Virtuoso Exclusive Alaska Cruisetour – Off the Beaten Path 44S - 2018 Dates: (6/27, 7/11, 7/25, 8/8, 8/22) Virtuoso guests receive a meal package with 14 meals, a Prince William Sound scenic cruise, and $50 shipboard credit per-stateroom. This offer is fully combinable with Princess offers. 


Quark Expeditions
Virtuoso guests recieve a $150 Polar Boutique Credit per-person onboard all voyages except Island Sky itineraries.


Royal Caribbean
Virtuoso guests that book a balcony stateroom on any 7+ night sailing receive a complimentary specialty dinner for two. Virtuoso guests that book a Junior Suite or above on any 7+ night sailing receive a complimentary specialty dinner for two and one complimentary spa treatment. Guests may choose any ship, any sailing, and combine any promotions. Reserve by December 31, 2018. 


SeaDream Yacht Club
Virtuoso guests receieve a $200 spa credit per-stateroom on all voyages. 


Star Clippers
Virtuoso guests receive $150 shipboard credit per-stateroom on any voyage. Single guests will enjoy a $75 shipboard credit.


U by Uniworld
Virtuoso guests receive $50 per-person shipboard credit on all bookings.


Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection
Virtuoso guests receive $200 shipboard credit per-person on all new bookings. Please note: This benefit is combinable with all Virtuoso Voyages hosted departures.


Viking Cruises
The 2018 and 2019 Virtuoso Group Program provides your clients with a $350 per-stateroom shipboard credit along with a bottle of wine on select dates.  Advisors are required to book through Viking’s group department, and not general reservation, to receive these benefits for their guests.  


Zegrahm Expeditions
Virtuoso guests receive $100 voucher per-person for the purchase of apparel and gear from the Zegrahm Expeditions Gear Shop.
