My business philosophy:
I started my career as a Leisure travel agent with Liberty Travel in Queensbury, NY and the travel bug was born! I remember reviewing a hotel brochure for the Halekulani on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii. Up to that point I had never seen anyplace so spectacular. The seed was planted, I must experience this fabulous property! I will never forget arriving at the Halekulani and being greeted by the bellhop and whisked away by my private ambassador directly to my room for a private in-room check-in! Sure, this is now common practice for luxury resorts but this was in the 80s! Everything about the resort was magnificent. The rooms, the grounds, the cuisine were all fabulous. What resonated most was the level of service! They knew what you needed before you did! It was the greatest takeaway from my first trip to Hawaii and one that has shaped my business model. I believe everyone should experience that level of service. If it is important to you, it is important to me and I will always go above and beyond to exceed your expectations.
My experience:
I have 30+ years of travel industry experience. I began my career in leisure travel and migrated to corporate travel as a VIP international agent working on the General Electric account in Latham, NY. It was the first step to numerous opportunities:
Office manager
Elite agent for IBM Corporate Officers and CEO
Operations Manager and USA National Account Manager for a 65 Million dollar account with Bristol-Myers Squibb.
I supported multiple Fortune 100 travel accounts such as General Electric, IBM, Citibank, and Bristo-Myers Squibb.
As with many of my colleagues in the travel industry, I had to recreate myself after September 11th, 2001. After a short hiatus from travel, I returned and eventually began my own boutique travel consulting agency. I now enjoy working with other boutique companies and high net worth individuals managing both their personal and corporate travel needs. I work diligently to make sure all the details and amenities are in place. I partner with two fabulous world-class organizations to make sure I have all the tools I need to make your travels seamless and memorable: Travel Experts and Virtuoso! I am so fortunate to spend my days working in a global community where we share a passion for travel, wonderful food, adventure, culture, and bespoke experiences. I look forward to sharing them with you!
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
