I believe service and knowledge are the two most important attributes an agent must have for a successful vacation planning experience. Therefore, I incorporate my experience and knowledge and hand select each component of every trip I create / design. It is very important to have lots of dialogue with the clients so as to be sure everyone traveling has something incorporated into the itinerary..
