After taking my very first cruise back in 1983, I have been infatuated with cruising. I eventually returned to school and graduated with honors in Travel & Tourism. I accepted a job with a leading cruise wholesaler, were I was able to learn about the various cruise lines and to also have the opportunity of sailing on many of the new ships that have been built since my very first cruise. I have now been with Direct Travel (previously New Wave Travel) since 2006. I am a Commodore with both Princess and Cunard Cruise Lines, and have certificate of achievement for successfully completing courses with most major cruise lines. Having sailed on over 35 cruises, I have visited many of the most popular ports-of-call throughout the world and look forward to visiting many more.
